Waitstaff was 10/10 kind and helpful. Wait was not too long. Food was 9/10. We had crab cakes, fried fish, mac n cheese, fries, cornbread and a dessert double chocolate cake. The fried fish was battered and not breaded. It and the crab cakes came with two sides (many, many side options with fresh items in green on menu). Cornbread came with both plates. The cornbread was not true cornbread but sweet and cake like. The dessert was only okay but the expectations were high from the meal.

When we entered the store the employees were working on a display of some sort, and they said hello. That was the last we heard from them. We stood in front of the ENewton counter for at least 10 minutes hoping that someone would come unlock the case so that we could try some things on. No one even attempted to help us. There are plenty of places in Charleston to buy these bracelets. The lack of customer service lost them a sale, and we were the only ones in the store! There were three employees and no other customers. I'm sure that one person could have stepped away from the display to help us. What a disappointment.
