Dr. Sears is a problematic doctor and his staff has missed filed several forms for proper Insurance processing.

We had good care. Was referred to ER from a local physician. Reception was polite and kind. The…read morewait was long; the waiting room was full. Other people clearly had more urgent need than did we. I appreciate good triage. Someday we might be the one who needs to go to the front of the line. We received good care. Every step of care was clearly explained. Care was taken to reduce pain during procedures. At discharge we were referred to a specialist who, upon viewing the minor surgical procedure done in ER, said, "where was this done?" We said, "local small ER." She said she was very impressed, care was just what it should have been but that 9/10 times when she sees ER follow ups, the ER has not followed best treatment practice. She said, excellent ER care. Kudos to our local ER!

Was admitted to ER, given chest X-Ray and was told it was distorted, given a CT and was told mild…read morebronchitis. Had to be taken by abulance to Munster to get CT, the paramedic that was in the back with me tried to show them how bad I looked on my stats there and back and she was dismissed, I tried to tell them all I was allergic to, did not listen and then tried to give me what I was allergic to. I demanded to be taken to UTSW were my lung team was and after some little person telling me it was not his monkey or his circus, I was finally life lighted while this same little person was telling me that insurance would not cover!!!!!!! Well I was in respitory failure when I reached UTSW, had 90% of my lungs covered with orginezed phemonia, and this was read from the ct and x-ray that was read incorrectly at Gainesville, I would have died if I stayed in Gainesville.
