Customer Service Lowe's Home Improvement…read moreGreenville, MSimage0.jpegimage1.jpeg Dear Lowe's Administration, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter regarding a recent delivery of appliances to, a senior citizen residing in Cleveland, MS from store #1527 1886 Dr Martin Luther King Dr., Greenville, MS. Recently In December of 2024 a senior citizen received her appliances, but unfortunately, the delivery process resulted in significant damage to her flooring. She is understandably distressed by this situation and is requesting that Lowe's take responsibility for the repairs needed to restore her floor. The technicians left the water/plumbing attachment unattached. This resulted in significant flooding to her home damaging her flooring. Please see attached picture. As a senior citizen she began soaking up the water with anything she could grab such as beddings and towels. She regretted not taking pictures of the flooding. I kindly ask that you follow up directly at her. It is important for her to receive prompt assistance regarding this matter, and I believe your team can help resolve it satisfactorily. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution that addresses her concerns.

I had a neighbor cone here and buy a pear tree about 2 or 3 years ago that is already almost 30 feet tall. And let me tell you it is producing a lot of pears to fill up a pickup truck. They have a section in here that is dedicated to sporting goods. This includes guns, AMMO, hunting boots, hunting clothes and accessories. I even saw some deer tree stands in here too. They also sell outside metal carports that you can put two cars under. I bought some mosquito spray in here that other stores in Cleveland seem to always be out of. This might be because you wouldn't think they would have it but they do.
