Have had lights turned off on me while exiting the store, very unprofessional. I highly suggest hours get adjusted or better hire. 2 stars for prices and decent furniture. The customer service was great, we were in and out with a beautiful couch loaded into our truck in less than 30 minutes. It is great that they have stock on hand and we could have what we purchased in our new home almost instantly instead of waiting for delivery from online. I would recommend this store to anyone on the hunt for brand new furniture- their selection is remarkable for what they can fit in that building.

I been here several times. Every time I visit, some young friendly girl always waits on me. It's always nice to see a pretty face when you walk in greeting you and willing to help you. They seem like they enjoy working here. My favorite section to visit is the clearance section which is on the right about half way down the aisle. I recently I bought a new Ashley couch here. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock. So, they ordered it. She said it will be in about one week. However, the manager went out of his way and brought it to me within a couple days. Now that's customer service.

Everything from mattresses to home decor to small appliances to decorative items and furniture. We didn't find what we were looking for, but we were rather specific with our shopping list. If you're more open, you may well find some cool stuff.

While living here for nearly 4 months, we visited this store often and spent in excess of $1000. I just visited to purchase some Christmas gifts and had to go hunt down someone to help me with a Christmas wreath and wanted to purchase an artificial Christmas tree too! But, because of their rudeness I decided to spend my money somewhere else.

Mike spent better part of two hours with us, attended to every detail, sold us some very quality furnishings and then managed to have the deliveries coordinated with our move in date from half way across the country. However, I unfortunate noticed an issue about a couple months into the new purchase like I mentioned having the stroke took me away for about 6 months when I finally got home I started then contacting Hanks Furniture store with my concerns Early 2024! I haven't gotten anything but a complete RUNAROUND FROM 2024 to this past Monday I decided No more. I informed them I've given you over a year to make this right and I get NOTHING I'M unfortunately having to continue my stroke recovery on this Terrible Mattress. I'm in pain and I am literally SUFFERING. I'm Seeking Legal Action For The Mattress set Pain and Suffering I Never Thought This About Them But many reviews says they don't honor nor respect their Customers.
