Don't use this guy if you need something done however if you want a sock removed from behind your dryer for $200 this is the clown act for you.

They set up an appointment for the same day and came out within the window given. Levi quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out to be an item under warranty. Nikki went to bat for us with GE as they were a pain to deal with. Their follow up was fantastic and they kept us informed along the way. In the end, we had to have GE do the repair...but I would not hesitate to call All Star Appliance for any future appliance repairs as they went above and beyond for us with GE to make sure we were taken care of.

He came by, diagnosed it in a few minutes, thoroughly explained the issue, and gave me my options. This is after Appliance Solutions had made three house calls, including two repairs, and still failed to correctly diagnose the problem. I ended up not having Jeff do any work because of how expensive the repairs would likely be. It would be better to get a new fridge. He could have tried to talk me into an elaborate repair job, but he didn't. He also asked if I had any other questions about my appliances. He only charged $40 for the house call. He appears to know his stuff and I would definitely call him again.

This company cancelled 2 appointments approximately 1 hour beforehand. When they did arrive for the…read more3rd appointment, the technician installed the new cooling fan and the next day, the oven would not work. I was given another appointment and they cancelled again wanting to reschedule for the following week. I asked to speak with the owner, was told he was not available but they would have him call me. He did not call so I called the company again and was able to speak with him. He scheduled the next appointment for 3pm - 6pm. The technician came to my home at 1:30 and put a "please reschedule tag" on my door. I called this company again and was told that they would issue me a refund. I contacted another repair service and paid them to come out and install the part correctly. A week later, Appliance Solutions called to schedule an appointment to come get the part that they had installed incorrectly and said they would have to do that before refunding my money. I told them to deduct the cost of the part and refund the difference. 2 weeks later, no refund and no call so I reached out again and was told they needed to come get the part. So this company has received approximately $500, cancelled 4 appointments and refuses to issue a refund for their incompetence. I would buy a new appliance before ever dealing with Appliance Solutions again as they are the most incompetent and dishonest company I have ever dealt with.
