Nikki went to bat for us with GE as they were a pain to deal with. Their follow up was fantastic and they kept us informed along the way. It ended up that if we were to replace and fix the parts, it would be more and he couldn't guarantee it and so he had suggested that we go appliance shopping which I think would have been the best for us. I was given another appointment and they cancelled again wanting to reschedule for the following week. I asked to speak with the owner, was told he was not available but they would have him call me. He did not call so I called the company again and was able to speak with him. He scheduled the next appointment for 3pm - 6pm. The technician came to my home at 1:30 and put a "please reschedule tag" on my door. I called this company again and was told that they would issue me a refund. I contacted another repair service and paid them to come out and install the part correctly. A week later, Appliance Solutions called to schedule an appointment to come get the part that they had installed incorrectly and said they would have to do that before refunding my money. I told them to deduct the cost of the part and refund the difference. 2 weeks later, no refund and no call so I reached out again and was told they needed to come get the part. So this company has received approximately $500, cancelled 4 appointments and refuses to issue a refund for their incompetence. I would buy a new appliance before ever dealing with Appliance Solutions again as they are the most incompetent and dishonest company I have ever dealt with.
