Jody was the best ever. He was professional but yet personal. He totally knew what he was doing. He had everything taken out and he had the new ice-maker put together and back in, in like 29 minutes or less. He knew how to check the front display which the last guy didn't know anything. I would recommend Jody to anyone. I do not care for your AI system, though it sucks and makes it hard to get through to anyone. read more

feedback Jody is an excellent tech and gets 5 stars but sears is the worst company and gets no stars. It is because it took weeks with many no shows and cancelelations and reschedules due to sears system issues. There is absoluitely no live person to contact about their systems lack of concern for customers. I will never use sears again ever because it is not consumer friendly and when the tech is appearantly overloaded and there are numerous no shows it blames it on the customer and says I requested reschedules but I never did. Just try to contact someone. This is inexcusable and is the most frustrating repair service company I ever expaerienced. Again worst!!!!! read more

The technician is awesome, very personalble. The cost is a rip off. I had a clogged washer. I was charged way too much. There was no replacement parts and tech was here for maybe an hour. I got a call the day before about buying a warranty even though I checked no on the online appointment system. Then the technician hit me up. The day after my appointment they called again to ask if I wanted warranty. I'm not sure if they think I'm a liar or what. Not listening to a customer is very disrespectful. I will not ever use this service again. I will not recommend to anyone. Thank you read more

Terrible service, Cannot get a hold of a person to save your life. 24 numbers listed and not one has a person to answer or to speak to. Same recording. Push buttons, etc. Had an appointment for today, Saturday between 8 - 5. Then at 2:00 pm, a text stating it will be between 3-5. Then I get a message that they won't be out until Tuesday between 8-5. WTF? Wasted a whole Saturday waiting for nothing. I wonder if they will show up in 3 days or send me another text. read more

Michael did a great job. Other than that, your AI system is terrible. It was impossible to speak to a real person and discuss our concerns about your computer system putting us off, giving false information and causing us days of waiting for the job to get done. If Michael hadn't been so knowledgeable and able to fix our dryer, we would give you no stars. Like I said, Michael saved the rating, but your AI is ridiculous. YOU NEED TO GIVE PEOPLE ACCESS TO A REAL PERSON so we can discuss and resolve complications. read more

Michael was great - professional, kind and very knowledgeable. we had a slight hiccup, but he was able to resolve it. 5 stars - will definitely use him for any future appliance repairs. read more

I set up an appointment online through Sears website to get my Fisher Paykel dishwasher looked at. Had an appointment for several days out. The technician called me the day of service and when I told him our dishwasher was in an RV, he told me he couldn't step into my RV. He said if I could take the dishwasher out and hook it up to water and power outside of the RV, he could take a look at it. I'm like seriously?? It is a built-in drawer unit where that is virtually impossible to do. The actuator arms and lid are separate from the dishwasher and mounted to the cabinet. Anyway. I guess Sears doesn't want the "liability" of stepping into an RV. We live in Arizona for six months in our RV. The RV is our home. It is no different than having a stationary park model or double wide trailer. Or a house! I have homeowners/liability insurance just like I do at my house. And so should they have the same "liability" insurance! The technician said he has several service calls a week that he has to cancel because he cannot go into RVs. Why is it that Appliance service Technicians won't repair appliances in RVs and RV technicians typically don't know how to repair appliances? So tell me, Sears, why won't you repair an appliance in an RV? My opinion is that technician should be allowed to evaluate on a case by case basis if the Appliance is such that they can service it. If the RV situation is not "safe" enough for him to go into as far as if it is an older model with electrical problems or water issues etc. Let the technician make that call. I think it is an absolute ridiculous blanket statement that says "we cannot let our appliance service technicians step into an RV because of liability." No wonder Sears is going broke and closed all their stores. Their "Customer service" sucks. Or should I say their customer service is nonexistent? read more

Good communication by service tech. He was prompt and quickly fixed the problem. Online portion of the service can use a bit of work.

He was professional, polite and very helpful. He explained everything and now all our appliances are covered under Sears warranty which saves me money and frustration. read more

Michael was here last time. Also, excellent customer service, excellent repair person.Thank you very much

Today was the fourth time SEARS has been out to our home regarding our refrigerator. Three separate repairman have come out and given different opinions of what is wrong. Each time they spent less than a few minutes troubleshooting the problem. Finally today, the repairman came out to "fix" the problem with a new part. Less than two hours later, the same issue with the refrigerator reoccurred. Several hundred dollars later and the problem is still not fixed. Shameful. read more

The service reps were wonderful. They were efficient in replacing our stove top components. We enjoyed their friendliness and left the kitchen spotless!!!! read more

I am sorry to say that I believe your service is nothing more than a scam to bill people out of a $129.00 service charge. No person in their right mind would pay more than $400.00 more for a repair than it would cost to replace with the exact same appliance brand new. No wonder all of the Sears stores are closed. You should be ashamed of yourselves, and then on top of egregious theft try to turn around and sell a warranty service. Obviously there is nothing I can do other than lick my wounds and be sure that I let as many people know as I can what a blatant rip off this was. read more

Even though Michael could not fix the problem, he made sure I understood what is needed and assured me that he would contact AHS to see that an electrician would be sent out to correct the problem as soon as possible. Have not been in contact with AHS and it's been 4 days. read more

Absolutely the best service ever. The technician was knowledgeable on time and completed my appliance diagnostic process quickly and accurately. read more

Steven was thorough, courteous and pointed out a few things to keep our refrigerator running smoothly.

Total rip off. My sister was charged $289 for 5 minutes of labor. This was supposed to be an estimate of costs, but their charges are pre-determined and it doesn't matter how long a repair takes. They also charge for repairs BEFORE the repairs are actually done. The service technician was great in explaining the procedures, but he does not set those ridiculous prices. Also wasn't aware that repair technicians are not local even though local address and phone number are listed on website to fool you in believing they are local. read more

Awesome service . Great technician with a great attitude (*‿*). . on time and very knowledgeable.

He was prompt and knew exactly what to look for. He was courteous and kind. He respected my home and had no issue with my dogs.

He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in record time! He also told me how to clean it without using the self-cleaning cycle (which is apparently not good to use). read more

service guy is a nice guy but the sears company is terrible to work with. as well as my washer is still not fixed! still trying to get it repaired! this is awful read more

I have tried this company multiple times. Years ago they had a very good repair staff however over the last several years every single repairman that has come to look at an appliance for me has been completely useless. The last one that came reeked of cigarette smoke so badly That we had to deodorize our business office. He sat down in front of the broken dryer on his phone. He did not take it apart. He did not look at anything. All he did was listen to a noise it made, and then gave me an estimate to repair it for over $400. We can easily get a new dryer no-frills for not a lot more than that so I wasted the $99 "diagnostic" fee for nothing. We are in a rural area and have very limited choices for appliance repair. I think the best thing to do is use someone like Home Depot, who has warranties on their products. read more

A Sears appliance repair technician came to our house to repair our oven door hinges on April 6th, He stated the hinges needed to be replaced. He charged us for parts and LABOR and said the parts would be sent to us. He scheduled an installation date for April 27th. The parts arrived April 16th. It is now April 28th...we've not heard from anyone at all. No texts, no phone calls, nothing. We've now frustratingly made 7...yes 7 telephone calls to their service area with no results. When we finally got to the point we asked to speak to a supervisor, they hung up on us. Now we have parts (that we hope fit) and are out the money for the labor. NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS FOLKS! read more
