I got a new set of tires today and the customer service was amazing. Monica and the techs were friendly, and professional. The techs even asked if I wanted the black or white facing out. It seems like a small thing but I like the black facing out. I ordered the tires online, they were delivered quickly and the appointment even started a few minutes early. Thankfully they also started doing alignments so they were able to align it today and I didn't have to go to another shop. Thanks Discount Tire for always providing excellent customer service.

The aisles and walkways are wide enough with plenty of room for their online order employees, and for shoppers. The little robot floor cleaner keeps the place tidy. The friendly cashiers are always well trained! They accept payments in all methods, making the checkout process easy and quick. Scan and go is my favorite feature for in-club checkout, though. This is fantastic. Just scan the items in your cart with your phone, and that's it. No standing in line to get your receipt checked. Love this! Just make sure the barcodes are facing up, out, or down so that the scanner you walk through on the way out can pick them up. The food court is great for a quick snack after checkout. you might want to hit them up for their hot dog and soda special for only a buck fifty. I do nearly every time I'm in there. Talk about budget-friendly. Sam's Club is the only place I've ever experienced this level of accommodation. On top of their in-store accommodations, their app system is on-point. You can ready your cart for shipping, pick up, or delivery from store. I have a plus membership, so pick up is free with no cart minimum, but shipping and delivery from store both require a $50 cart minimum (which in these times is easy to do) to avoid fees. Without a plus membership, the fees are a little higher if you don't meet cart minimums. We're able to get most of our staples & produce through pickup or delivery from store, and some quick Member's Mark dishes. The rotisserie chicken and the cheese-stuffed manicotti are fantastic! Just keep in mind, there are a few things that you have to go inside the club for, such as several items from the pharmacy section. To maximize your benefits, the Sam's Club Elite MasterCard really helps boost your Sam's Cash. It also has other benefits that rotate through it that are pretty useful. I love that card. You can't go wrong with Sam's Club, which is owned by Walmart, because they are just smart. These two giants were the first, even before required by our state to mandate a masks policy at the start of the pandemic. Other corporations soon followed suit.
