I first tried to reserve on LR because it was a lot closer to the airport but they did not have any trucks available. Now I'm having to drive all the way back to LR just to pickup my truck AND make it there by closing. No apologies whatsoever and cannot even make a complaint on the phone because we have been transferred five times and told to call back. Waste of time. With confirming the reservation the day before, booking flight, car rental and movers in AR and in CO. Now driving all over kingdom come to locate this stupid moving truck! Will not be using there services in the future.
