We were looking for a home in a specific school district where inventory was very low. Jason set up listings and allowed us to receive them for over a year while we were patiently waiting for the right one. Finally we found a property and he was avail to show us. The process went quick and pretty smooth (the fast moving market certainly helped, in addition to, the fact that we had already come to the table pre-approved). Realtors put in maybe 10 hrs for a hefty commission...maybe we need to switch careers, lol. Only qualm is after the transaction was over, we never heard from him again although we had reached out several times which was irritating.

I first went to Clayton Homes in July of 2024. I was looking for a home + land package. My Home…read moreConsultant is Aleeah Overbeek. She has been absolutely wonderful. I was looking for a specific type of land. Semi-rural but still close enough to all the things we need. I spent almost a year searching for the perfect piece of land. She was with me the whole time. Always checking in, following up, asking questions, etc. She worked closely with my real estate agent to find the perfect property for us. As I said, we were looking for something particular. I passed on several properties that weren't perfect and could've settled much sooner. But she stuck it out with me with no complaints, always helpful. We are now getting ready to move in. She has assisted with everything even after the closing paperwork was signed. She has been coordinating with contractors getting the home delivered and set up. She continues to assist with setting up AC delivery and hook up, ensuring contractors have doublechecked everything. She has done so much I would not be surprised if she offered to help us move. Again, my Home Consultant is Aleeah Overbeek at Clayton Homes Fort Worth. Wayne B.

She does a great job of listening to what you want and what you are looking for, which saves time on looking at homes you don't want. She is also great at knowing the neighborhood which provides some intangible insight as to whether that would be a good place to own. She is a great communicator and always responds promptly to your questions. One major item I like about her are her negotiation skills. She doesn't get upset when the other party isn't responding the way you want, like some other agents I've had. She remains professional, and if you don't want to pay the price they are asking, she doesn't pressure you into raising your price, she encourages you to walk away unless you are happy. I recommended her to a friend, who found a home they loved during an open house on a Saturday afternoon, and despite multiple offers had a contract signed on Monday.

He knows the Fort Worth/Dallas market well, communicates clearly, and doesn't waste your time with places that don't fit your criteria. Every showing was purposeful and well coordinated. What stood out most was his reliability and follow-through. When he said he'd handle something, it got handled. Questions were answered quickly, details were explained plainly, and there was never any pressure - just solid guidance and honest input. That's exactly what you want when you're making a housing decision. If you want someone (who truly becomes like a friend) who is responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in getting you into the right place, not just any place, Chance (& smart city) is the one to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in the Fort Worth area

For those 3 companies, their representatives were always professional, respectful and helpful. In Feb 2025, new management took over. The short version, is if you move out early, pay your fee and get a receipt, make sure all paperwork is filled out properly by the you and representative, that you get a copy of the paperwork and the names of everyone you spoke to. Also, ask for a walkthrough when you leave and ask for your documentation. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! Aside from my move out experience, the property itself is beautiful. The view from the back of the building at sunset is breath taking AND you can see all the firework displays on July 4th from around FW. Parking gets full early and don't park overnight in the visitor's lot. The noise from the bar next door never bothered me and last I knew, there was one area on the whole property that you could smoke.
