I fail to see how asking for credit reports we all paid for reflects our "disappointment" or even mine for that matter. Waiting an entire month for credit reports is unacceptable. This was our first submitted application. Whether or not we were chosen, we should be able to have our credit reports immediately. Every applicant should be treated professionally. YOU as the agent to the owner did not respond to me regarding the status of our applications in a week. I called you and so did my fiance' before we decided one of us should contact the owner to get some answers. Why not just conduct yourself as the professional property agent and deliver more efficiently? You sent my report immediately once I contacted the owner. It's beyond me why you couldn't follow through for the rest of our household. Also, Moriah, your facts are quite skewed. (Please, see our attached email correspondence.) I NEVER requested my fiance' or his son's credit report. My email clearly asks you to send my fiance and his son's credit report to their respective addresses as they filled them out on the applications. I also sent you a follow up email AFTER he called you requesting his and his son's. He had to call you a few times and leave messages before getting through to you. We just wanted the credit reports sooner than later! I think it's also important to take note that my fiance' never thanked you or mentioned anything to you for safe guarding his credit info from me. He laughs at this as I point out your response given I was present when he finally did get in contact with you. How presumptuous of you to create such a bold face lie. As a couple entering marriage, there is no need for a dishonest person as yourself to "safeguard" anything from either of us. Rather than concoct up lies to suit your reputation, take accountability for your actions by apologizing for not getting back to us sooner and ignoring us! That's what this review is about. LOL at you giving yourself five stars in a review for your own company.

Moirah, Moirah, Moirah.... Why am I not surprised at finding other negative reviews here with your…read morename attached? You came briefly and rudely into my life when your company took over the management of the house we happily rented for 9 years. I have never met someone so utterly rude, insensitive, callous, dismissive and disdainful in my life in a business role. Your attitude to the tenants was absolutely shocking. I was stunned that someone in a customer service role (laughing at the insanity you could hold employment in this field) could treat its clients (yes both tenant and property owner are your clients, not just the property owner.) so terribly. Your attitude towards tenants appears to be that of someone who looks down on tenants, treats them somehow as if they are less than you. As if they are somehow deserving of your abrupt arrogant attitude. This should embarrass you. Look at yourself in the mirror. Are you really the person you want to be? Is pissing off tenants good for business or making anyone's lives any easier? Answering emails? You should try it instead of waiting for the frustrated person to email again. When you do finally reply, try being polite and helpful instead of condescending. I wouldn't be asking questions if I already knew the answers. Please try to be helpful in your "customer service" role instead of arrogant and presumptuous. It doesn't take any extra time to be polite and nice than it does to be brusque and derogatory. I would recommend ANYONE, wether it be property owner or prospective tenant to stay clear of this woman. How she has made it this far in her job is an utter amazement to me. Her attitude towards her fellow human stuns me. She does not respond in a timely fashion, if she does at all and when she does, the response is curt and insulting. Just because I don't own a house does not mean I an uneducated, unprofessional and impolite. Please don't treat me as if I am. Grow some manners, take a customer service course and have a good hard look at yourself. When I read on the company site that tenants sometimes find you entertaining I couldn't stop laughing. I guess that lie was the only entertainment I'll get. Last words.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN.

Even when she's working with other clients, she really makes one feel like she is there for you 24/7. It made us feel like we had a weapon at our disposal. In the end, our story in buying our first home (which is seemingly unbelievable and magical in some way) feels like it wouldn't have been possible without Stephanie next to us. I would not think twice about reccommending her to anyone seeking a professional, intelligent, honest, awesome, sweet, and simply bad-ass real estate agent.

She continued to have weekly calls, followed up with vendors and colleges to ensure everything went smoothly while she was away. Her dedication to the sale of our home in Montara made the process smooth and successful. She helped with everything from finding trustworthy vendors, assisting in obtaining proposals for work needed on the home, and giving advice on what was needed to ascertain the best sale price and ensure our home shined prior to listing. Once vendors were selected, she even met them to ensure the work was top notch. Thanks to her strategic preparation and networking, we received an offer at asking price the day before the home even hit the MLS! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients really set her apart. If you're looking for a hardworking, responsive, and knowledgeable realtor, Stephanie and her team are the people you want in your corner. Highly recommended!

Kirsten really treats your money as if it is her own. She asks what your needs are and does her research based on what you are looking for. She has good strategies to get the property for you too. We were able to get an REO property 5 days after it was listed when there were higher offers. She is really a personal real estate agent. After the bank accepts our offer, they ordered inspection for us, and Brad was there with the inspectors. Because he is also a contractor, he called several places for us, got some estimates. He was there when the workers came to estimate and he showed them what repair needs to be done based on the home inspection report. He then suggested us to negotiate the purchase price even though it was an "AS-IS" sale. I mean what real estate agent does that?!? They are willing to take less in commission because they want to save money for you!! After two tries the bank did lower our purchase price. I am super happy with them so far. I will update after Escrow. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a responsible agent, especially if you don't want to take time off work to deal with all the hassles that come with buying a house.

Richard goes above and beyond. He prioritizes relationship building over transactional volume, which is the secret to succeeding in business that no one else seems to understand. A good example of this was that when we expanded our search outside the Bay, he had no problem referring us to a new realtor who specializes in the new area and continued to work with us in the Bay. We are so glad that our house was closed with him. He speaks to the listing agents after we leave to get insights that other realtors normally don't get. He ensures our offers are competitive and doesn't waste time. He services more than the peninsula when he talks about the "Bay area". Richard is patient and we looked everywhere with him to find the absolute perfect dream house that we found at the perfect price. We looked all over the bay, went to hayward and San Leandro, followed by pleasant creek and Antioch. Richard will go anywhere with you. Richard knows his stuff. He makes the listing agents we visited look like rookies. We always felt like we were in good hands and if you find your dream house, Richard will make sure that you do what you need to do to win it. After winning the bid, Richard stays on top of the seller and yourself to ensure a smooth and timely close. He will make sure you know what you need to do, he knows what your lender needs to do, and he will hound the seller to ensure the house is in mint condition before it is passed on to you. The service is second to none. We loved working with Richard and will continue to work with him in the future as we grow in the Bay. Thank you Richard for playing a big part in getting us in our dream house.

Okay, so we did decide to move to SF, but couldn't get american financing right away, so we needed to find a place to rent. Again, Vita volunteered her time to look at rental listings and e-mail them to us, and when we came down for a rental-hunting trip, she took us around to view the rentals and make recommendations. So when it came time to actually buy, we knew she'd be a hard-worker for us to satisfy what we were looking for... She had the patience to deal with a really long and drawn-out process (apparently my name is similar to an alias used by some Burmese drug-lord and the stupid mortage company couldn't figure out that we were not the same person) and was with us throughout the whole process. We were beaten down by our experience in the greater Bay Area real estate market and were close to giving up on our house search. Thanks to Michael's proactivity and knowledge of the local market, we beat out multiple offers and now live in our dream home. The close process was incredibly smooth and positive. Here are several qualities that stood out about Michael: 1. Proactive: Almost immediately after I reached out to Michael expressing potential interest in hiring him, he was conducting research on and arranging to visit the house to gather insight. When the lack of a deadbolt threatened to delay the appraisal, Michael immediately called a locksmith and fixed the issue to keep the home buying process on schedule. There were no back-and-forth telephone calls: He simply saw a problem and took care of it. 2. Responsive: Michael was extremely responsive to texts and emails. 3. Communicative: Michael made sure we were informed throughout the process, without bogging us down in unnecessary details. I appreciated his discernment about what we needed to know and when. 4. Strategic: Michael gave sound advice that helped us beat other offers. 5. Honest: Michael was upfront about what he thought were the benefits and risks of different bid strategies. He also followed through on his verbal promises. 6. Flexible: Michael was willing to accommodate our work schedules. 7.
