We were able to get an REO property 5 days after it was listed when there were higher offers. She is really a personal real estate agent. After the bank accepts our offer, they ordered inspection for us, and Brad was there with the inspectors. Because he is also a contractor, he called several places for us, got some estimates. He was there when the workers came to estimate and he showed them what repair needs to be done based on the home inspection report. He then suggested us to negotiate the purchase price even though it was an "AS-IS" sale. I mean what real estate agent does that?!? They are willing to take less in commission because they want to save money for you!! After two tries the bank did lower our purchase price. I am super happy with them so far. I will update after Escrow. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a responsible agent, especially if you don't want to take time off work to deal with all the hassles that come with buying a house.
