After the post tear off inspection, the crew came back and had my new roof on in nothing flat and it passed inspection with flying colors. Again, my yard and driveway were left cleaner than before. Definitely got my money's worth.

I am glad to offer a sparkling recommendation to Dave and his crew at Creative Roofing…read more I first used Dave for a roof over 25 years ago and that comp roof still continues to hold strong. Over the years I have bought, flipped, sold, had rentals etc and Dave has been my go-to company and he has never let me down. He has done several roofs, repairs etc for me over the years. He's super honest and you can send him to work on your grandmothers house and he will treat her honestly. His expertise is inspecting a roof before I bought a home got me thousands off on a home price when the home inspector said the roof was fine and Dave came in and said the roof would not last a year. The sellers must have known this because they immediately cut the price for me. He saved me thousands on that deal. On the flip side when I have sold homes he gave me a roof cert which made the sale so much easier and helped me get top dollar. The only negative with Creative Roofing is you need to get on his schedule for jobs. He's good so you have to wait your turn. He will never leave you hanging if you have a leak or if waiting will cause you any damage he will put you to the front of the line. He's a small family owned company so he's well worth the wait in my opinion.
