I'm a huge fan of STUMP and have been since I moved to Columbus about 4 years ago. I usually visit…read morethe Italian Village store because it's the closest and well, the original, but when I found myself in Lancaster for an afternoon I couldn't help but stop in. I'm definitely that crazy plant lady and have been for quite a while. This shop is in downtown Lancaster just around the corner from Main St. It has giant windows in the front and street parking, which I found easily. I absolutely love their aesthetic and how they make the plants front and center. They have a ton of indoor plants and succulents and even rare plants that I can't find at a typical nursery. They also source a lot of beautiful pottery from all around Ohio. Some are even made close to my hometown of Zanesville. I love how they support other creatives. The shop manager was super informative and friendly and the owners are just as special. I'm excited to see them expanding into smaller communities and Lancaster is really lucky to have them. Go get yourself a plant! Plants are the new pets don't ya know!

We got a several tomato plants, some that were new to us. In all, we got almost all the plants we wanted to fill our beds, as well as some flowers - they had a great selection of spring flowers, both in potted arrangements and others to plant in your yard. The owners are fantastic! They're knowledgeable about gardening. The husband, Jason, is a horticulturalist, and knows his stuff. I'm so glad I found this place - it's always more of an impact to support local!

It is right at a light to make getting onto Maple Avenue very easy and there was plenty of room in the parking lot next to the building. I will be a repeat customer! Thank you for your kind words at this sad time in my life.

I paid $55 plus additional tax and delivery charges for a Teleflora Sunny Day Pitcher of Charm arrangement (upsized from the standard size to Deluxe) that I ordered through the website. They called me shortly after to tell me that they didn't have any of the pitcher vases, and could they substitute a comparable container. I said that was fine. After the flowers were delivered, a family member sent a picture of the arrangement, and I was horrified. What should have been a beautiful arrangement of pink and yellow was delivered as a hodgepodge of colors, with less than half as many blooms as pictured in the photo. I called Millers the next morning to complain, and after 4 attempts they actually answered their phone. The person on the phone at first tried to interrupt anything that I said, and when I finally got her to stop interrupting and listen to my complaints, she was all excuses, and made no attempt to make things right. According to the person at Millers, the reason I got such a small pitiful arrangement for my $65 was the fault of Teleflora and their website, for advertising things that they don't have in stock. I told her that substituting the vase and flowers would have almost been OK, had she given me even close to the number of blooms that should have been in a Deluxe arrangement. Her excuse for that was that she followed Teleflora's "recipe", and that if you measured the arrangement in "inches" not in the number of actual flowers, then that's what I got. Again, there was no attempt on their part to make things right, only pitiful excuses. Needless to say, even though I send flowers to relatives in Zanesville often, this will be the last time that Millers gets my business, and I informed them that I would be letting everyone in Zanesville know that their online ordering business is a rip-off. So, this review is my way of letting you, the online consumer, know that this business is a rip-off and you should go elsewhere.
