Very large greenhouse, it was my first time there, and honestly it was confusing. I had no sense of direction nor did I know where or how to find the vegetables. Finally after wondering around I found what I needed. It was a Saturday afternoon, so it was packed. It wasn't until I had wondered around and finally found the plants that I was asked if I needed help. I thought they were a bit pricy for what I got. Seems to be geared towards "bulk prices" more you buy, the larger the discount. In the end, I got what I needed. I would return, but perhaps on a less crowded day.

If you drive just past all the tree farms in Granville, you will land here. It doesn't have the dog…read more& pony show that some in Granville have...which I like. Worth the extra drive for its charm and better prices! Friends introduced us to this place several years ago. They have beautiful trees at great prices...there really is no "bad side" to their trees. If you want to cut your own tree, you can. Also has fresh cut trees and living trees you can later plant. Every year we get out of the car and instantly see the tree, we do a walk around and come back to the first one. The owner and his sons are very friendly and helpful for loading the tree on the car. A stop at Brews in Granville on the way home, completes this holiday tradition! Also a rustic barn that is great some photo opts!

They went to alot of trouble getting fake good reviews, but I can guarantee they do not have good customer service.

So I chose an arrangement that would most likely be easily replicated. I was disappointed in the arrangement sent especially for the price I paid. Tulips were substituted for Roses and overall, the bouquet looked sparse when compared to the photo.

I have so many good things to say about Kelley's Flowers…read more I called from Cleveland and ordered the "arrive in style" bouquet 24 hours before they needed to be delivered to my mom's salon for her birthday. The flowers were beautiful! They gave me the heads up that they'd just received the delivery of white lilies that day so they weren't quite open yet, and fluffed the arrangement with other flowers to compensate. They also accommodated a rather small 3-hour delivery window, which I was incredibly thankful for. The woman who helped with the phone order was so kind and charming and the price was great for such a beautiful bouquet of pink roses, white asiatic lilies, alstroemeria, cushion spray chrysanthemums and statice. This won't be my last time ordering from Kelley's!

I attempted to send a violet to a family who just lost their mother/grandmother…read more I called 4x to no avail. No one answered and there was no voicemail available, as it was not set up. I placed my order online as it was my only option. And completed my intended order. The next morning I received a call and text informing me that they did not have the violet available. I used the florist specifically bc they had the violet "available" and I wanted to use a local florist. I understand that flowers can be out of stock, this is why I called multiple times before placing my online order. They canceled my order and apologized, but I had to use a big box florist to get what I needed instead of the local route. It's unfortunate their inventory isn't accurate, and I couldn't speak to anyone about it prior to my online order.
