It is annoying to call these companies as I did Picture Perfect and explain my projects and hearing back.... Yes we can handle those projects for you, let me get your name and number and I will have someone call you back to set up an appointment. THEN YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. Just as I did with Picture Perfect. After 42 years in the construction and design field, I am sick of the lack of customer service, respect for peoples time, disregard of importance including a huge lack of professionalism. I have a three time rule of contact and waiting now, if no response, then I am done and now putting it on YELP. Maybe if these companies start receiving bad reviews they will provide and or hire better employees and run their business with customer service.

He basically remodeled my outdoor kitchen island and it looks fantastic. He then poured a concrete slab that we needed as we bought a swim spa. It was done perfectly. He also repaired and repainted two of our security doors. Last, he erected a Ramada over our new swim spa. Amazing workmanship! He showed up when he said he would and each project exceeded our expectation. He is a very hard worker and is reasonable. You can't go wrong with his work!

We highly recommend Blueprint Home Services! They replaced our roof November 27th of 2024. It…read moreonly took them about 5 or 6 hours, and they did a wonderful job on the roof and of cleaning up the debris. Shortly after the roofers left, Daniel came back with another guy, and they went through the entire area again with the machine that picks any nails, or metal pieces, and they also made sure that all of the shingle debris had been removed. Then Daniel told us they would be coming back to paint the part just beneath the roof eaves so that it would match the rest of the house! When they came to do it, it only took about 30-45 minutes, and everything looked beautiful and they left us the leftover paint so we could do our own touch ups elsewhere if we ever needed to. It was almost an entire gallon of very good paint that matched perfectly! And I would like to add that Daniel offered to help us with our insurance company, and he said "I'm good at it. I know how they can give you the runaround and delay things." So of course, we said sure! And he was right. He IS very good at it. Everything moved along quickly after that! Use this company if you need a new roof because they are exceptional!!!!! Candy G. and Roger G.
