This is the best company to have your kitchen remodel by. They have quality cabinets, hardware, and countertops, with reasonable prices and a great crew of workers. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their kitchen done right.. I so appreciated that Dan listen to what I wanted to have done in my kitchen and he made it happen at a reasonable price and quality materials. He saw my vision and made great suggestions but never pushed something I didn't want. There were time as the progress was going that I was in tears of joy with how it was coming together. I was so happy with the look, the people and job they were doing. Richard, Cesar, Raul and Martin installed the cabinets quickly and very effectively, even with a minor change that I asked them to do. They quickly did the change without making me feel I was wrong in asking. Great group of fellows that work so well together to get it accomplished. First tears of joy for how beautiful the cabinets were and looked. Miguel, Max, Jose and Victor were the crew that installed my granite countertops. I sort of made it a challenge for them asking that the largest counter not have a seam in it, but be a completely one piece. They did it so nicely. As they installed, the second tears happen for how beautiful it looked. Melissa took all my phone calls and answered all my questions I had, never me feel that any of them were trivial. I loved working with her, so easy to get along with. Only have one before picture. But what a change!

Thank goodness for YouTube and the Plumbing Suppliers store. I brought in the interior part of my spout and they helped me get it open so I could replace two O rings, one was completely worn out. They also suggested I use some silicone grease to avoid the plastic rings from becoming brittle and extending their use. All this for about $4.19!!! There were a number of professional plumbers getting supplies in the store, but I appreciate how they took their time to help me and not make me feel silly for not knowing exactly what to do. After I got home I was able to make the repair in about 5 mins and the dripping has stopped.

They provide hardscaping materials including decorative stone, sand, gravel, pavers, boulders among other services. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I like that you can take samples home and they're complimentary. They provide clear containers that you can fill with as many samples as you'd like, which is nice! Additionally they had a selection of large boulders that were fairly priced. Their selection of screen rock is good. We were hoping for a bigger selection but found the colors we were looking for. When working on a project, I was using pavers that had been in my yard since we bought the house in 2005. I only needed 3 pavers to complete a project around my fountain. We walked outside and I showed him from the samples. He told me to meet Andre out at the paver area. When I asked how much they would cost, the young lady said $0! I would highly recommend their customer service. Thank you so much.

So essentially I was stuck with $2500 worth of stone I didn't like and couldn't use. I then get a call from Neil who would talk over me, was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor by exchanging the stone. I was suggested to call Scottsdale and let them know what happened, which I did and their tune somewhat changed until I went in person to purchase the other stone. Again, disrespected from the staff and I literally asked them if they wanted my business or not, that I wasn't there to argue. I was told I was a "crock of shit" and they were doing me a favor. Needless to say, the stone was exchanged and I was overcharged by $200. Rather than arguing with an idiot, I let it go and finally got the stone I needed/wanted. From my personal and professional opinion, their customer service blows, they're disrespectful in all sense of the word even if they have a good selection of stone.
