Zac then came out to replace the pilot light assembly and was outstanding- took the time to organize the wires and very deeply clean the entire system. After installing the new part, he spent about 20 minutes explaining all of the parts of the fireplace to me, how they work, and how to troubleshoot potential issues. He was professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall an outstanding company. Would absolutely use them again for any future issues or general maintenance. We called to schedule the appointment right as it was getting cold (so I'm sure their busiest time!) and they quickly and easily got us on the calendar.

The tech told me the cleaning wasn't done thoroughly, and did a thorough cleaning job (showed me how dirty is was after initial visit). He was very professional and knowledgeable. As he was leaving the issue appeared again. He stated I needed a new part and that I should hear back with a quote within a day. It has now been 8 weeks, multiple calls/text messages (15+) and I still do not have a cost estimate on the new part. Bottom line I'm $300 dollars in the hole and the problem hasn't been fixed.
