However, I trust that buying fish this way supports your local fisherman, is ethical, and is much fresher than what you'd ever get from the grocery store (most likely frozen before) My friends and I decided on tilefish as we all have never tried it. It did NOT disappoint. It had a nice "chew" to it, and it picked up the flavors of lemon, salt, pepper, and blackening seasoning so well.
