Now,on to the good part. The food. You can get a regular sandwich or an up graded one for about a buck more. The "Hog" sized one is double the meat and cheese, if my memory serves me right. They have their own specials plus normal deli fare;roast beef,turkey,etc. I finally got a braunschwager - YUM ! Forgive spelling error but you know what I mean. There is a "piglet"; half sandwich for kiddie appetite. Nice touch. They have various drinks,chips,cookies,etc. As they prepare your lunch you can browse the antiques,souveniers, all the things you might expect. There is indoor seating or you can go down to the covered picnic area and eat. We chose that because our piglet would have destroyed the place looking for snow globes,her latest mania. I don't like to bad mouth a place I have never been to but if they don't want to do business during the week it should be posted. This store is definitely a lot larger than it appears. And the last dial I don't know if the freezers are brand new or is that a new area they may have acquired but they do have a lot of stuff that is in the freezers. Stores prices were actually pretty fair too and the staff was pretty friendly as well. Not the cleanest Place either since it feels a bit outdated but it's worth checking out for a hard to find food items especially if the grocery store next door doesn't have it.

I found aloe vera juice, spring roll wrappers, pho noodles, etc. You would never be able to find that at a Kroger's. The man who works here is very nice and accommodating. If there is something you need, he will try to get it for you (even if it's out of stock). The only downside is that they have no fresh seafood, but that is something I can live without.
