At my daughter's last appointment the doctor told her that her bottom teeth were handled incorrectly by a previous doctor at this facility, mind you they now look worse than when she started! I paid this off years ago, for her invisilign, and now they just told her it was going to be an additional $1400 if she wanted to put metal brackets on to finish this process up faster. Absolutely horrible!!! There are MUCH better options around. My son went to another ortho who handled things professionally and quickly, he was done in less than two years and started off with worse teeth than my daughter.

Her office is nicely decorated with an ocean and island feel to it. She lived in Hawaii for a while and brought back some of the aloha with her. She loves surfing & anything that has to do with the ocean. She is very friendly and is good at what she does. Right away I felt comfortable talking to her. My braces were supposed to take 18 months but she was able to do it in 15 months. The difference in my smile is amazing! She even offers in house financing with 0% interest so that also helped. I knew right away when I interviewed her, that she was the one I wanted to help me get a great smile. I've referred a lot of my friends and they drive quite far just to see her. They all said the drive is worth it and they feel same way that I do about what I'm telling u guys about here. So if you are trying to get braces for you or your kids, don't bother going to any other orthodontist, you'll just be wasting your time and money!

He and his staff are warm, caring, and professional. I appreciate that he does an excellent job of communicating with MY office before, during, and after treatment and will always coordinate as needed if we need to do any treatment during the patient's time in braces, they are great with that as well. I can't pretend to understand this platform's algorithm for allowed/featured and "not recommended" reviews. It sure can seem arbitrary and when you ask service reps apparently no one knows how this secret sauce works... it just happens! That said, I am perplexed that this office has only 5 featured write ups but 19 that fall under "not recommended." Seems strange. One of those unfeatured posters tho suggested that the doctor was trying to just get more money out of the reviewer's son. I can say without question that that is NOT how Dr Lenk does business! I have seen him time and again reduce fees and no-charge certain services to help out patients in need. He has historically been very generous seeing kids with NH Medicaid. 60% of the state's dentists do NOT see those patients because the low reimbursement rates result in the practice often taking a loss. So while that unfair accusation was buried in "not recommended" section (along with a dozen good looking reviews!) I couldn't stand by without speaking up in defense of Lenk Orthodontics. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and quite fair. Certainly where this dentist will take his kids when they need braces in a few years!

Stephanie spoke with us for about 15 minutes and conducted some x rays and spoke about a plan for her teeth. She was very nice, helpful and professional. Dr. Lenk then entered the room and started his presentation. He got off track a bit about 10 minutes into the conversation. I then asked a couple questions to get him back on track and he then abruptly stated "It was too hot in the room, I was too aggressive and asked us to leave ". The other four of us in the room looked at each other awkwardly as he exited the room. Stephanie, his assistant said " I'm not sure what just happened". My daughter thought he was joking. He then poked his head back in the exam room and said, " Leave now". Needless to say, Dr. Lenk was extremely unprofessional and couldn't handle a couple normal questions from a seated position, not loud or out of line any parent would ask. There was zero aggression directed toward him. We left like normal, adults without a scene and upset we wasted out time with such an unprofessional person.

I had to remind her I was there for a cleaning. My hygienist asked me about insurance several times. I don't know why her quality of care would depend on that. The only reason I can figure is she wanted to recommend non medically needed treatment so that she could bilk the insurance company. Either that or she gave me inadequate care.

They gave me a ton of paperwork to complete as this was an initial visit for two of my three children. After 20 minutes of completing paperwork upon submitting it to the front staff I asked if I could make a friendly suggestion. I suggested that they put their intake paperwork on a website for new patients to download in order to save time at the actual appointment. Or they could have emailed it to me prior to the visit. During my suggestion the front staff worker began to talk over me stating that, "Yeah, we don't do that. That's why we tell you to come in 30 minutes prior." I said "I know you don't do that. That is why I am making a suggestion. And I find it quite unreasonable that a pediatric practice would expect a kid or multiple kids to stay still for 30 minutes while their caretaker complete paperwork. Fast forward, once I submitted the paperwork I waited for 25 minutes. I was sitting RIGHT in front of the front office staff area. They were too busy training a new employee to say anything to me about the ridiculously long wait. The waiting room wasn't crowded so I didn't understand why I had to wait so long. I very politely went back to the front office staff and inquired about the status of my appointment. She explained that the dentist was in surgery. I'm wondering why she couldn't have apologized for my wait and explained that BEFORE I had to ask. Then finally we are called inside by a different front office staff member who very rudely told my daughter that she couldn't sit where she sat and has to sit over "there." Well if she did her job correctly, and especially since she was the first person to walk in the door she should have immediately told us where to sit. Then she asked me when my son's last dentist visit occurred. I had an attitude and said I answered that question on the paperwork that I spent 20 minutes completing. I'm wondering "Why didn't she review my paperwork prior to us entering the room?" Then she started ordering us around. "You sit there, you lay there..." I said, that's not going to work. Both sons were crying at this point because she was gruff and has absolutely no bedside manner and clearly doesn't know how to work with kids. Then the doctor bursts in and initially tries to be upbeat, but it became clear that he was rushing us and did not understand the dynamic that had previously occurred. I had an attitude with the employee and she had an attitude as well. Then Dr. Ergas actually fixed his mouth to tell me that "Maybe you should have brought another person with you to handle things." My black sons (3 and 1 years old) were crying hysterically and nobody cared. I told him that that was an extremely insensitive comment to make. Then he started yelling at me (yes, he actually raised his voice at me while my 3 year old black son was laying down in front of him) and tried to justify his issue. He explained that he was in surgery... I told him 3 times "I don't have a problem with you, I have a problem with your front staff." He essentially told me that if I have a problem with them I have a problem with him and kicked me out. He stated, "You can go get care somewhere else because we don't need this." I then told my kids that we were leaving because obviously this doctor doesn't like to work with black people. I am so disappointed that I actually had to have my first ever conversation with my black 4 year old daughter about why some people don't like people who look like us. I am going to make it my mission to let everyone I know understand that Dr. Ergas and his practice are completely unprofessional and, in my opinion, have some severe prejudice issues against black people and/or those who appear to be single moms. He needs some diversity/sensitivity training as does his staff ASAP!

Dr Ergas greeted my child warmly & was able to replace the missing filling soon after examining her. What else impressed me was that when he was done, he painted fluoride over her teeth to protect them from future caries. He advised me not to let her eat or drink for 30 minutes & we were all set to enjoy the rest of the day. Dr Ergas was thorough, kind & actually quite adorable with my child. He is efficient with his time making her experience not only tolerable but, & I cannot believe I'm saying this, fun. When all was done, she got to pick a generous prize from the treasure chest & we were on our way. I will be scheduling my children's next cleanings with Dr Ergas & look forward to having a wonderful relationship with our new dentist.
