Eric, the owner, saw that our car could still look better, so he directed us into an empty bay, and proceeded to scrub our car himself. Eric really cares that his customers get value and that they leave his facility happy. He went above and beyond and our car looks fantastic. The gentleman told me he would've recommended I go through the cloth wash in the first place, not to use the laser wash. I mentioned how I frequently go through this other laser wash without issues, and he said it was dialed in and working fine. The gentleman statements about the laser wash were conflicting. He identified himself as one of the owners of this car wash, which I found surprising. unfortunately it looks like I won't be getting my car washed in this area anymore. $13 out the window and not a care in the world from this business.
