I haven't settled on a car yet, but when I do, I'll be giving Jesse a call. He's polite, professional, and gave me straight answers and didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want or need. I have been a loyal PNC Bank customer for over 15 years, but my recent experience at the 13th…read morestreet branch Gainesville, Florida branch was extremely disappointing. I went in to complete a business wire transfer and received an unprofessional attitude from the banker. I reported my concerns to the branch manager, but nothing was done. I asked several times, including calling the bank afterward, whether my wire transfer had gone through and was repeatedly told yes. I later discovered that the transfer was never completed, causing serious inconvenience and delays for my business. After more than 15 years as a customer, I expected much better service, accuracy, and accountability from PNC Bank. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in this branch.

Our auto loan is with this credit union; we do not do any other banking with them. I tried multiple…read moreways to enroll in online payment but could not link my account so I had to mail checks to pay the bill. We've had no issues with that, until recently when they did not process a check timely (which was mailed to them on time). Once again I tried to see if I could setup an online payment link but could not. So I called their customer service only to have to go through another process to setup verification questions. Then was finally told they could not help me with the website but everything looked great on their end for a transfer! There is no option on my end to transfer them any money though! Oh, and I was told I could pay by debit card over the phone, with an additional fee and it was recommended that I put a stop pay on the check that wasn't yet cashed even though they had no way to notate my account NOT to cash that check (if they received it late) and if they did end up cashing it I would of course be charged a returned check fee! Horrible website, horrible customer service, horrible banking experience!
