And it's not just one occurrence it's almost every time I go into the branch there is some issue. I needed to do a notary cycle. I got in early at 8:45. There was no one in the bank but myself and the bank employees. There was no sign in list, so I asked if somebody could help me with the notary cycle. They told me that the notary person was busy with a customer. And I said OK well, I will wait. I noticed the person that she was talking about which would help me with the notary was eating a burrito. She told me that she was not gonna be able to help me because she has an appointment at 9 o'clock. Keep in mind it's 845. And she says if the person doesn't show up by 9:15 she could help me of course I'm confused because she's not helping a customer. She's eating a burrito. I said a notary cycle is going to take five minutes why don't I just wait till she finishes eating and then she could help me. I can see the woman eating. She said she's busy helping a customer. I told her she's obviously not helping a customer she's eating I can see-through glass. She is sitting right there. The woman that comes out and says that I need to make an appointment if I want to do a notary, I said yes that totally makes sense. It's more important for you to stuff your face eating a burrito than helping a client. I asked what time did she come in? She says 8 o'clock and I was like so technically it's work time not eating time. Next time you should eat before you get to the office. If you call and try to make an appointment by the way, not only do they never call you back when you leave a message but if you call 9 out of 10, they do not pick up.
