Renasant is a good bank and I've had a good experience there. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

Recently their online banking has been very frustrating with one banker actually lying as to how replacement of my debit card would proceed and in addition telling me there was no one higher than her that I could speak with. The next day I spoke with a different banker who told me that my new card would be on it's way on Friday and then found out the following day the care wouldn't be leaving their facility until Monday. Very frustrating. I am now looking for a new bank!

I face this with most most banks! Wells Fargo has consistently made my banking experience positive. We all have our days, but Wells Fargo (staff/management) has been my advocate more than any other institution. The staff they hire and the managers they promote continue to deliver on this experience for me. The 43rd Street Branch has one of the best managers in Neil O'Connor. This branch also has my new favorite Banker, Benjamin Bravine. I work with a senior citizen who asked me to bring her to WF.to get control of her accounts. She was cynical about online banking and refused technology. She did not know what to ask or who to speak with. She felt helpless. Benjamin took his time and connected with Mary. He went beyond filling out an application and made her concerns his concerns. Mary left feeling empowered (and important). As we left the bank, I realized that I wont be hearing from Mary about future banking frustrations. For a milisecond, I pretended to relate to the "teach someone to fish...." concept, but in reality, I just made her appointment (with Benjamin).
