It is great to see that Sea Cliff is still around and now it is a Hilton Tapestry Hotel. The double queen room overlooking the swimming pool. It was great to see ice machines on the outside if the building instead of inside next to a guest room. There is an onsite restaurant and room service is available as well. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone that needs a nice place to stay. Close to the beach and local wineries and hiking trails. read more

The hotel is located conveniently right next to the freeway, across the street from Safeway and nearby lots of other little shops. The entrance to the lobby is a little deceiving because it looks like the entrance to a restaurant, but it's actually the entrance to both. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. The rooms facing the garden are very quiet except for sounds from the pool. One of the rooms' window was completely blocked by a tree, though. The rooms facing the freeway were very loud during the day but manageable at night. I didn't notice the sound of cars at night time. The rooms are cozy with plenty of lights. At night, a nightlight in the vanity area automatically turns on. It was nice not to have to keep a regular light on all night. Another nice touch was that the TV had apps for platforms like Netflix, but access required a personal subscription. There are no elevators, so the only way to get to the second floor is by stairs. Hey I liked it! Not too many good choices in the area unless you can afford Seascape. Been at this property many, many times to enjoy the music (food okay, wouldn't intentionally go here for dinner tho) and recently got a room. Claire at check-in was so sweet! Checked in kind of late on a Saturday after being out all day, pulling up with a bunch of women who wanted drinks at Sevvys lol and seeing her pretty sweet face and her being so helpful was such a breath of fresh air =) Asked if top floor would consist of stairs and thank gosh I asked bc yes there are indeed stairs for 2nd floor. 1st please! Was dumb and took my own "shortcut" to room over koi pond, wheel on luggage caught, almost fell in with my bag! My bad, was rushing, clumsy, packed bag all wrong, denied all help, "I got it!", "Im fine!". Never would've made it up a flight of stairs. But im prone to self destruction. Hot tub was HOT holy moly! But it felt good once the first layer of your skin dissolves. My skin has honestly been softer since and Im in the ocean a lot. Liked being on the first floor, had a little patio, was chillin'. What was funny was room was facing the parking lot, didnt realize bc hadnt gone outside yet, and as I was changing into my swimsuit right in the room a big truck pulled up with those super high beam LEDs...so even tho I had first curtain layer shut, his high beams def highlighted my high beams. It was funny tho. Never met such a new and kind friend so quickly or easily jk. Maybe shut 2nd curtain while dressing or undressing. Room was clean enough (I stay in hotels across many brands low to premium 3 weeks a year minimum) and loved the bed! My godmother/friend had the other bed and we agreed it was such a wonderful relaxing sleep, best in a long time. Neither of us wanted to wake up and go back to our friends house. Don't stay anywhere near the restaurant as the music literally shakes your room (we were in the 600 block). We also asked for an extra blanket and only after the third attempt in 3 hours did we get one. Decided to stay here for a business trip instead of the host hotel and this place does not disappoint. The hotel is conveniently located less than five minutes off the highway. Once you arrive, it may take you a bit to find your building especially at night time as it's near impossible to see the building numbers without getting out of your vehicle. Can't really comment on the check in process as everything was done on the app, and you can use your phone to enter the building and enter your room. Place has ample parking. They do have four complimentary Charge Point chargers, but only two of them were working. The rooms were nice and had all the standard amenities, but the AC was noisy. Even though the AC had a sign saying it was controlled with the wall thermostat, that was not true. Whatever temp you set on the wall thermostat made no difference but the AC unit control worked. But it was so noisy that I ended up turning it off. The patio door opening to a small are with two chairs was a nice touch, and overall the bed was comfy. The bathroom tub could use a deep cleaning but it had good pressure and plenty of hot water. For special rate less than $200, it's a pretty good deal consider it's close to everything. read more

Stayed here for our friends 50th birthday. Pay over $600 for one night. Here was the issues we experienced: Floor filthy Stairs filthy Command Hooks in room one broken (have pic) Wires hanging & no smoke detector (have pic) Tape on bathroom door tv not working called two times after waiting 30 min. guy came and couldn't fix just walked out no explanation Dinner not good service had to ask for a waitress to help us Band not playing they canceled and front desk didn't let us know Outside light bulbs had no light switch we called and they said to put hand inside to twist the light bulb! can't turn off unless you have to twist again no switch. This is a nice place to stay. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't eat at the restaurant on site but it looked nice. There was a patio to eat outside. The location is about 15 minutes from the Boardwalk. It is a quiet location away from city traffic. You get what you pay for i guess, rooms were clean, location and the overall property was great, would I stay again, maybe. The walls are very thin, we tried sleeping in however you could hear evwry word room service was saying a few rooms down. My wife and I got sick both times we ate here, really odd since we also went to fisherman's warf and in n out with no stomach problems. Then one time we ordered room service it was delivered in a to go brown bag and my salmon was completely burned, the rest has good taste but cmon, this would not be acceptable any where else, we were hungry, it was the skin side so I was able to peel most of it off however as you can see it was black and not blackened salmon. read more

I was very disappointed in the service and in my stay experience. I was in town for work, and there were several things that made my experience unpleasant. 1) There were no wash towels in the room, only very large hand towels. 2) There was a huge coffee stain on the carpet 3) I ordered room service for breakfast two days in a row, and received half of my order and also the wrong items, on both days. 4) I was over-charged for the wrong items in room service. I travel a lot, so I understand that not every experience can be a great one. However, for the money spent, the service did not add up, and I was very disappointed. We had a pleasant stay here. We booked the family suite, which had a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with pull out bed from couch, TWO bathrooms, microwave/sink/fridge. It was roomy for two adults and 3 teenagers. The teens stayed up all night and with them being in a separate room, it gave us adults time to relax and sleep. There was plenty of parking and the hotel front desk employee was very nice. My only complaint was that the shower looked permanently stained from black dirty markings. I made sure to wear my sandals in the shower and in the room... also, the slide shower door kept sliding open. Which kind of freaked me out because we watch way too many scary movies. I'm sure the shower door was installed unevenly... I hope that was the case. I'm not sure how many employees work here but it took a really long time for them to bring extra blanket/pillows and towels. Even down by the pool it took someone about 40 minute to bring out pool towels. We only stayed for one night as we were passing through the town. So we didn't get to explore the town and see what was around. We did go to the restaurant that was connected to the hotel. The hotel had a nice koi pond that was filled with fish. We were very disappointed with our stay at Seacliff Inn, especially given the price. I guess we should have checked the reviews before booking.... Rooms have been updated sometime in the last 5 years, but there were many things that could have been better. Lighting in sitting area of the suite was one super harsh bright white ceiling light - like a police interrogation room. We ended up bringing a nightstand lamp in from the bedroom. Cables dangled from under both wall mounted TVs - how hard is that to fix? Closet had no door, so anyone visiting your room sees all your stuff on display. Bathroom shower had a cheap dollar store plastic curtain and a very grungy floor. Lotion dispenser in bathroom was empty. I guess housekeeping doesn't check those? Bed was not comfortable at all. Both of us struggled to get a good nights sleep. Also, since more of a motel type setup, there's a lot of noise from people walking up the stairs and in the hallways. Hot tub was GROSS. Foam everywhere, green water. Disgusting! The stairs are so dirty that your shoes kinda stick to the steps. Definitely need power washing. Finally, no housekeeping service unless you request it - even with a 4 night stay. We needed fresh towels and they said they'd send some "right away" - after 20 minutes I went in the hallway to track down a housekeeper. The other towels never arrived. We did get a text from Clare at the front desk asking how our stay was and we responded saying we could use a fresh set of towels. Never any action. I guess they didn't really want to know? Parking is $10 extra. Food in restaurant was ok/decent, but overpriced. Wait staff was good. For the price, there are definitely better options in the area. Just an overall lack of attention to details. If $150/night cheaper, I'd give it 3 stars. Hilton Corp should be embarrassed. Finally after reading some of the other not-so-good reviews, it looks like the management team has always thanked people for their feedback, but obviously nothing has changed. read more

We recently stayed at Seacliff Inn for a quick, overnight stay. The hotel was clean, cozy and conveniently located. They do charge $15 for parking, however this was communicated in advance both via email & during check in. The customer service was great, as we accidentally forgot to grab our dinner leftovers from the mini fridge and the staff was able to retrieve the items for us. This reminded me of 1980s apartment complex. The rooms were clean, but the hotel is old and needs a renovation. It's a pretty good location for a business traveler or somebody wanting to go to that area and just stay at a hotel/motel/old hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, the bathroom was just big enough to wash your face, sit on the toilet and take a shower all at the same time. Very small. This property was amazing! We traveled with our 2 fur babies, and everyone was so welcoming. They have an expansive grass area for taking care of needs. They have a cute patio with a Koi pond where we were allowed to enjoy meals with our dogs. If you are traveling with pets I would request a first floor room (our small dog didn't trust the stairs that he could see through) Will definitely stay again in the future! read more

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The overall vibe of the hotel is very nice and the koi pond is pretty. There were a few things that bothered me considering the price of this hotel. We paid $250 for a double queen for one night. When we arrived there was dirty food on top of the fridge (looked like old eggs) which means that the fridge likely wasn't cleaned. All of the appliances except the tv were unplugged and all the outlets were behind furniture so we couldn't plug them in ourselves. This meant that we couldn't use the lamps, or the fridge. In the morning my husband and I went to the pool and we were the first ones there. There were dirty towels, trash, and people's dirty shoes still there from the previous night. There were also no clean towels available at the pool. The hot tub was also completely drained and closed, but they did not have any signs or notification of this when booking a room or in the lobby. I've been going here since I was a kid and it used to be so nice, but now I feel like the quality has gone down sadly and the prices have gone up. read more

I paid 300 per night for this hotel. Where do I begin? The hotel feels like a motel. It's dirty, small, and poorly ran. We specifically asked for service in the room at check in. When we returned tired from a wedding in the area, the room was how we left it. Beds unmade, bathroom a mess. The bathroom was a mess because we were places in an accessible room where the shower did not have a barrier between the shower and rest of the bathroom. All of our towels were used to create a barrier and at 9:42pm it wasn't great having to call down for towels. This was an incredibly disappointing stay. Completely Unacceptable Experience From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, two dogs in the room across the hall barked non-stop -- loud, relentless, and incredibly disruptive. We captured video proof of the noise. We immediately called and messaged the front desk asking for help, but no real action was taken. The front desk's only "solution" was to call the guests' room -- clearly pointless, as the dogs were barking because no one was there. We asked the staff (a male rep) to contact the guests directly, assuming their number was on file. We were ignored. Eventually, we received a call back -- not to assist, but to correct us on the room number. When we asked if someone could check it out in person, we were told "no," because security wasn't on-site until 10:00 PM. We were repeatedly dismissed and spoken to with zero empathy, even though we were clearly distressed. We also have screenshots of unanswered messages sent to the front desk during the incident. Adding to the frustration: Hilton's own pet policy clearly states that dogs cannot be left unattended in rooms. This rule was violated, and yet no one took responsibility or enforced it, even after we reported it multiple times. We were unable to put our kids to sleep, unable to relax, and entirely unsupported by the hotel staff. After filing a complaint, we heard from Ronaldo (Assistant GM), who assured us we'd be issued a partial refund and advised us to follow up with the third-party booking platform. We did exactly that -- and the third party reached out to the hotel to confirm the refund. Shockingly, they received a response from Ashley Vincent (GM) -- someone I never spoke to -- stating the issue was already resolved and the refund would not be honored. The third party even called the hotel directly, only to be stopped by Claire at the front desk, who told them there was a note from the GM saying the matter was resolved and no refund will be issued. This hotel's staff is not only incompetent, but they've proven to be disengaged, dismissive, and evasive at every step. They do whatever they can to get you off the phone and out of their hair instead of resolving real issues. At this point, we now have the Hilton Executive Team involved. Between: The constant barking and disruption The lack of sleep or peace The failure to enforce basic pet policies The insanely rude, unhelpful, and apathetic staff And the bait-and-switch on a promised refund This stay was a complete failure on every level. I strongly urge anyone considering the Seacliff Inn to look elsewhere. They don't care about your experience, and they certainly won't stand behind their word. read more

This hotel has a great location but the rooms and customer service are HORRIBLE. Checked in on 10/30, walked into the room and room was dirty! Curtains had not been opened and the sliding glass door was filthy with food scraps on the rug, called the front desk and asked for someone to come tidy up, they showed up 8 hours later after I cleaned the room myself. Used the bathroom sink, the smell was disgusting, smelled like sewage . I again asked for someone to come look at it.......basically no response. There was something rotten in the pipe, the maintenance man came another 8 hours later but didn't fix it ( I believe he poured drain cleaner in but it didn't work) we had to wash our faces and brush our teeth at night with shower water. Asked for the manager 3 times but he was "never in". Customer service was SOOOOO bad, they could care less about the customer.!! Think twice before subjecting yourself to this place. read more

Nick at the front desk is just downright mean. We called a few times because spiders kept crawling out. Some on the walls and the floor by the bed. One went behind the mirror and it looked like a black widow. Another review I found was a complaint about spiders actually so I know I'm not the only one. I asked to move rooms. Nothing was available. After assessing the situation we decided we could not sleep here because we have children. I would have happily taken a new bug free room, just to reiterate. Nick let me check out and said he wished he could modify my refund but couldn't since it was a third party so to contact them. Please check the cameras tonight so you can see this for yourself. He said to contact the company (or I said I would) and he agreed. When I went home and Expedia reached out he denied the refund. I thought there was definitely a miscommunication and called him myself, politely at first. He instantly called me a liar, said there were no spiders, was rude, aggressive even, and told me he "pissed plenty of people off and he wouldn't lose his job." Please reference this footage from tonight 6/7/25. I finally got upset and admittingly used a curse word towards him by the time we hung up. We went down there and he continued to lie, berate, and engage in an argument when we attempted to explain the situation again. When my husband walked outside to talk to security he looked at me and said "I'm so sick of people like you" without any word from me to encourage this. I am embarrassed now and just told him to stop talking to me please while I waited for security. I tried to reason with him and he specifically told me that he would NOT be civil with me. Please view the footage so you can see this for yourself. Nick lied and said I threatened him but this is not true. I feel he was trying to come up with something to justify the way he treated me. I've done some research and it looks like quite a few others have had the same experience with Nick. I'm sick to my stomach and honestly still shaking. A 1960's motor lodge turned hotel. No elevators, so if you don't like the bottom floor rooms for safety and noise reasons , this isn't the place for you. It's a bit pricey for what you get, especially considering it's marketed as high end. The carpets are very out dated and dirty. I had no washcloths in my room, and only 2 towels. The shower stall was old and gross. The rest of the room was good, and the bed comfy and clean. However the walls are so thin i could not sleep for the snoring next door. My colleagues had issues in their rooms with people partying through the nite, loud music, pot smoke penetrating their rooms, and people screaming in the pools til 10pm, which is when it closes. We also had an issue with people partying and extremely loud music during the day which affected our meeting. Freeway noise is also loud on that side. Not sure why they charge for parking since it's a motor lodge nowhere near an airport, and no security. Hotel staff was slow to respond, although the Sevys restaurant staff was great. internet/wifi is poor, and glitchy, and only about 25% of the meeting room power and usb charging were functional. It really could be a better option with a bit of attention to detail. At least I earned Hilton points. read more

I am Hilton Member, so they gave me a couple of bottle water which is nice. It is close to Seacliff Beach and walking distance to Safeway and very close to the freeway. We thought it was pretty inexpensive for what it was. I like the vibe... everything was pretty good. Unfortunately we didn't stay super long, having arrived at midnight... Left at about 10:00 a.m... As Hilton diamond, we had a $30 dining credit good at the on-site restaurant. It was really nice for vibe... I would rate service as excellent both in the restaurant and with all contacts from hotel personnel. The food was pretty good... Not to. Very best but far from the worst. You know on all fronts it was pretty good so I'd say it barely noses into four stars. It's not quite three because on all points it's above average. We did get into the gym kind of briefly for two in our party. Not myself cuz I was tired of driving and just slept. The room was comfortable and bathroom worked just fine. No problems or observations that were out of color. Yeah I guess four stars is a solid four stars really. Just look at my pictures? At this time the hotel has an overall rating of two stars... That is ridiculously low... There's absolutely no way Is this a two star property. Definitely much better... We travel rather extensively. Hilton Diamond notwithstanding... We travel fine wide. Business. I used to be on the road 50% of the year for decades... Yeah, the vibe is quite sublime and cozy... Service was definitely first rate from everybody... The physical property was perfectly fine or pretty fresh and above the norm. Four stars fully applies. Please ignore or consider discounting some of the critical reviews. While heading to UCSC, decided to stay out in Aptos. Got a good deal on the room. Found Seacliff Inn on the Hilton app and took my chances on it being a nice place to stay. I figured it would be somewhat decent if associated with the Hilton name. Got our rolling suitcases out and ready to check-in and head to our room to find out that the rooms and parking were in the back. Parking is $10/night per vehicle. Not sure why that is even imposed. It's not like the parking area is well lit with a live security guard or any added amenity that would cost extra money to park on the property. Based on how the units were separated, I think received a pretty good room. The rooms on the first floor seemed like it would be more convenient, but I would trade walking up a flight of stairs instead of staying on the ground floor. Why? Because from the easement, as others walk to their room, you can easily look down into the lower rooms. Yeah--not my jam. Overall, the $10 parking isn't too bad when everything else near UCSC is booked and staying in Aptos is your affordable option. Rooms were modern and not outdated. Restaurant on-site with koi pond and outdoor seating. Not opposed to staying here again. My sister and I enjoyed our stay and bingeing on Netflix and free HBO. read more

Description of room location is misleading. "Garden view room" is actually a poolside room that is very noisy if people are in the pool. We asked for a quieter room and were offered a room overlooking the parking lot for the same price (should be lower). The rooms don't have soundproofing. The second day there, a child nextdoor was screaming constantly and we could hear everything. The price is way too high for what is offered--a very basic noisy room. Very dissatisfied. Upon arrival the ability to distribute keys was down. We were originally told we could have an early check in but we couldn't check in until 4. The 3 people who we interacted with were unfriendly and inhospitable. The arrangement we bought included 2 free breakfasts which they said we could not get. On top of all the inconvenience they charge $15 for parking per day! Our other family members were at another hotel and did not get charged for parking. In my experience if something goes wrong ususally you would be comped a small expense or at least offered kindness and decent customer service. There were also children crying on either side of us both days as the walls were paper thin. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and never had it been so rude or noisy. I will never stay here again. Last point we arranged our rooms through a 3rd party so they clearly did not like that and treated us poorly. If Hilton doesn't like that then they shouldn't offer deals through 3rd parties bc we definitely got bad service as a result. If I'm spending 200-500 dollars a night I expect decent customer service. There was no room service available at all. I also saw a number of people handed keys and a map while I stood there being told the "system is down" I see management has responded saying we apologize blah blah blah. How about just offering common decency to your paying customers instead of wasting time reading bad reviews and apologizing. read more

I had a wonderful party of 70 event at the Seacliff Inn! Ken, the Chef, did an outstanding job of preparing fabulous Filipino Food. He had adobo, garlic rice, kare kare, pancit, lumpia, vegan raviolis, salad, and vegetables. My guests raved about the food. The waiters were wonderful and helpful. No towels, coffee, etc. Very very loud patrons next to us both nights who were never addressed despite obviously loud enough for many to hear. Tried to speak with the manager this morning and he was unavailable and our name/info not taken for follow up. We had several rooms for the wedding, sad. I would actually give it 3.5 stars (Yelp needs to update their rating system). My parents would stay here whenever they came to visit. We last stayed her about 10 years ago when it was under another ownership. We did not enjoy our stay at that time so I was not thrilled to be back but several family members were staying here as we were all in town for a family event. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they are now owned by Hilton and the placed appeared to be updated. Now for the Pros, Cons and In Betweens. Pros: Early check in - we had called in advance for an possibly early check in as we had an event and wanted to freshen up beforehand. They offered no guarantees but were able to accommodate us, which was nice. My dad had some issues checking in because when he made the reservations over the phone they misspelled his name even though he provided the spelling several times (he does NOT have a complicated name). Clean room with plenty of storage; several drawers and places to hang clothes. Two nightstands with outlets and USB ports. A safe and a mini fridge. Cons: Cheap coffee maker (I expected better from Hilton) and only decaf coffee (although it was Starbucks and not some off brand). Slippery tub. I almost put the cotton bathmat in the tub to keep from slipping during my shower. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Shower head is too high if you're short. The shower head was facing the wall, which is great for when you first turn on the shower, you won't get water on the floor. However, in order to get water on me so I could actually shower, it was a struggle to turn the shower head and maintain my balance in the slippery tub. Bed - this is not a plush mattress; it was uncomfortable and I had trouble sleeping. No small, extra amenities such as cotton swabs or a shower cap. I've stayed at some places that even provide a makeup remover sheet. No Continental Breakfast (maybe I've gotten used to this as most places offer this these days) The In Betweens: Parking - plenty of parking but very small stalls making it difficult to park when people with bigger vehicles take up more space due to the stall size or have a trailer and take up 4 parking spaces. Parking - having to pay for parking. This is my complaint at every hotel I stay at. Snacks - They have snacks in the lobby and water in the room but they are extremely overpriced. No makeup mirror. This is my complaint at every hotel. I'm near sighted so need to be a little closer to do some of my makeup. I did use the full length mirror but the lighting was not the best. Ended up going back and forth between the better lit bathroom mirror and the full length mirror. Overall, a decent place to stay in a pinch. Our room let directly out to the pool. read more

A great location if you're exploring Santa Cruz County's many attractions. We didn't get to use the facilities, such as the pool or hot tub, and we didn't dine at the restaurant, but it's nice to know they are there. Plenty of parking, staff we interacted with were friendly, and common areas appeared well-maintained. Our room with a view overlooking the pool, was clean. The only thing not 100% was the temperature of the hot water, which never seemed to get beyond really warm no matter how hard the dial was turned in that direction. read more

A lot of things just didn't come together seamlessly here, although this hotel has a lot of charm, character, and potential. Hilton Tapestry has a lot of leeway to do its own thing and create a boutique hotel atmosphere. Pros: Charm, character, beautiful interior and exterior with great art in the lobby and rooms. Good breakfast. Cons: Wake up calls set up by Kane didn't work. Wake up call set up by Alexa didn't work either. No clock in the room. Very annoying. I had to keep looking at my phone for the time. I hate not having a clock in the room. If Tapestry plans on getting rid of the clocks in their rooms in every hotel, as the manager claimed, then I'll go stay at the Hampton Inn or the Hilton Garden Inn. No conditioner left in the refill bottle. Hardly any lotion left in the refill bottle. Single use bar of soap by the sink instead of a refill pump. I washed my hands, used up 5% of the bar of soap, and the rest will probably end up in a landfill somewhere. I don't like carrying unnecessary baggage with me, so I didn't take the soap home with me. It was also very drying, which I didn't care for - it didn't help that the lotion bottle was empty. Hallways smelled very musty. Maybe leave the doors and windows open to let some clean air in and do something about the mold. At the end of the day, Aptos is very foggy. Thin walls. Very loud cleaning crew in the next rooms. Lots of thuds and loud conversations in Spanish on the phone. read more

I have stayed here seven times. The town is very cute. Lots of shopping nursery nearby, grocery store nearby, toy store store nearby, pizza place , ice cream did I mention shopping. There is hiking close by, a Buddhist retreat, and a state beach. All within 10 minutes of the hotel. The on-site restaurant has good food and has the kids menu. The lobby restaurant bar and rooms have all been renovated in the last couple of years. Each time has been comfortable and close to the pool. We always request a room on the first floor with the garden view. That way we can walk straight out to the pool and hot tub you can get drinks from the bar to go in plastic cups so you can hang out by the pool and enjoy yourself. There was one occasion where the people next-door were too loud late. I called the front desk they dealt with the neighbors I had to do it twice, but hey, you're in Santa Cruz so some people come out to party some people come out to chill with the family. I will be back. It's close to everything and a great value. On the weekends there's live music and there's a beautiful Koi pond with giant Koi. read more

Sevys ( formerly Sevarino's restaurant) is the only bright spot on this property. The restaurant food, bar, servers-all Excellent. They deserve five stars. The bad news.... Now for the hotel itself: a former Best Western Hotel, one would think that when Hilton purchased it, Hilton would remodel, upgrade the rooms. Outlets not working in your room, how about carpets smelling like pet urine, pet food being found on the carpet from previous guests and sand in the hot tub along with the pool having an algae tint to it- get the picture? Hilton buys the property and jacks up the room rates. Now you've got an overpriced worn, old hotel with terrible housekeeping and overall terrible service. Room service? Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. You want housekeeping? Good luck they may or may not show up and freshen up your room if you requested it. Front desk is apathetic and no help whatsoever. read more
