Pricing was displayed and accurate, there were ample shopping carts, security was helpful in providing directions around the store, there were ample employees assisting guests in the deli and hot foods sections. there were multiple checkout lines open and the cashier was friendly. The bathroom upon walking in was clean and the only reason the review isn't 5 stars is because the stalls weren't clean, but hey, I guess you can't be perfect. We bought some clams, snails, octopus, salmon to make a hot pot, and when we wanted to have a few more snails, they opened the bag and put some more in without weighing it again. The staff was so friendly and nice. They helped me find everything I was looking for. The watercress and vegetables were fresh. I bought some sweet potatoes and casavas which were both so delicious when I steamed them. They displayed everything so neatly here. The only suggestion I have is to please raise the temperature in the supermarket a few degrees. It was freezing cold. Other than that, all good.
