I needed a gel pedicure plus removal, and luckily they were able to get me in. I walked in and was immediately greeted, they knew what service I needed and gave me color swatches to choose from and seated me in a pedicure recliner. I wish I knew my nail tech's name, but the young man who did my pedicure did a great job and I'm so so happy that I was able to check Nail Styling Salon out! I was in and out in about an hour with my feet looking pretty and softer than ever. Parking can be time consuming depending on the time of day, but if you're used to being in downtown this is nothing new. The technician did not seem to know how to properly remove tips and ended up breaking my natural nail in the process. Once completed, my nails were extremely uneven. I was never asked to wash my hands before the gel application and was only told to do so afterward, which was concerning. The tools and techniques used were unlike anything I've experienced before and did not inspire confidence. Less than a week later, my nails are already chipping and the gel top coat is peeling off completely. For a $70 service, this is unacceptable. This is by far the worst nail service I've ever had--uneven, poorly balanced, and already coming apart within days. Very disappointed.

She is very comprehensive in obtaining her clients history, understanding their needs and meeting them fully where they are. I do not remember my technician's name, but she was not rushed during my service, took her time and was careful. Multiple times throughout my session I was checked on by different people, and I was never rushed to leave even after I was done. I thought their pricing was comparable to other places but the services include more and the customer service is unmatched. I will 100% return here and have already recommended it to others. By the way, there is a discount if you pay with cash.
