Frustrating for sure. I decided to stop at Specialty for the repair, meet the new owner and price out and possibly purchase a new Honda 200. One of the workers came out and told me the owner would be right with me. He was working in the cabin of a boat right out front. This owner scott completely blew us off while we waited for over 30 minutes?? Never even said a word to me as i stood right there? He then kept looking out the window as if to see if we were still there? His worker told him he had customers waiting three times and the owner blew him off as well? The worker just shook his head. What kind of business does this? Being a native 805 waterman, I actually know many commercial and sport boaters in the area. They will learn on my experience with this guy. Kyle, the sales person I was dealing with is fantastic. He has a great attitude, very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Kyle got my trailer all taken care of on the business end and then turned me over to the service department to complete the work. Everyone in the service department is top notch. This has been the only boat repair service that I've ever left happy. All of the guys in the service department are very helpful and friendly, which I am not used to when dealing with boat people. They gave me a tour of their entire facility which is new, indoors and quite large. All of their repairs seem to happen in a large, clean and fully stocked Costco sized warehouse. They even have a fiberglass shop and paint booth. This place is fully stocked with Outboards, general boat gear and everything you could possibly need. It's extremely clean and well organized. Like anywhere else that's top notch, you might pay just a little more but it's definitely worth it. Worth it enough that I was inclined to write this review over a boat trailer. If you want a quality product with quality service to back it up, these guys are definitely who you want to go to. Also, they also included a complimentary torque wrench to keep the wheels properly torqued. They'll show you how to use it if you don't know how.
