Buyer beware! I Buyer beware! We worked with a Tammy and Amy. We were promised waterfront lot 120…read morewhich faced the bay on August 7th. We had to followup multiple times to get a rental agreement. On September 2nd, we finally got the rental agreement after lots of back and forth. The day before our stay we got a call from Tammy saying lot 120 was not longer available since the owners were coming in for the weekend. The owners should of been noticed when we signed the rental agreement and made the payment. Tammy went on to say they needed to put us on lot 58 for the same price as lot 120, $81 per night. Let's just say lot 58 was nothing compared to lot 120 which had a better views and was more secluded. We also found out we had to pickup a gate pass from the office which is miles away from the RV park. On the ride home we got a message from Tammy asking if we are close to bringing the gate pass back and we had already dropped the pass off. Needless to say if we go back to Surfside RV Park, formally Outdoor Resorts again we will not be using Carder Realty Group, rather going through the property owners.
