Was surprised when he told me that he wasn't even going to do the damper And That we had agreed on a new contract. I responded we had not agreed or signed another contract. Jonathan, the tech, told me to talk to Jacob. I talked to Jacob and he raised his voice talking about the new contract and then he hung up. All we got was an approximately $1,000 Chimney cap and wasted time. Communication was a huge problem. Not worth it. People need to do better and be more honest

The foreman kept calling, but now he said he was the owner, he in the past said the owner was not involve anymore with company!!!! No AI answering but a real human being on the phone. I explained my situation and he was able to get to me the same afternoon. Michael Hill did a fantastic job fixing my AC although he will have to return with a part that was not available on Friday. I rate this experience a 5+ star. I was offered options in the repair and he did not try to over charge. Additionally, he was very respectful in how he spoke to me and followed up the next day with a phone call to ensure that the system was working. Yes, I HIGHLY recommend Hill Tech and plan to use them when I have electrical work done.

Chad was by far and above the most thorough, knowledgeable, and up front company/individual I talked to. He knows what he's talking about and gave a no bs approach to my specific needs. Chad responded quickly and professionally. The day after we signed the contract his crew prepped the driveway and they showed up as promised for the scheduled pouring.
