I drove an hour here to get Christmas gifts for my mom and sister. The store was quite full of people happily painting their ceramics. I thought the prices were rather high, but I did not realize the prices were meant for the items to be painted there, fired by the staff, and picked up later. Considering that, the prices were quite fair. When I took my items to the counter, once the nice lady found out my items were gifts to be painted at home, I was given a generous and very significant discount. My mom and sister loved their gifts and look forward to painting them soon. It's really great to see this now rare sort of "retro" arts and crafts store doing so well! I look forward to coming here again in the future.

There were 6 of us and the best part was smelling all the scents. Once you pick out your scents and decide what you want to make it smell like, the process is done by the people who work there. You do the scent drops until you're happy with the final scent, you hold the wick while they do the rest, basically. I had a sip of the strawberry milk and it was actually amazing lol I think I'd try the strawberry matcha next time.
