She came with her crew to deep clean my business from top to bottom and I mean that literally. They cleaned the dust off of ceiling tiles and mopped the freezer floor until it looked like new. The inside of the oven was spotless. We've had many cleaners but she was the only one that cared to know if anything was missed after cleaning. It was so clean but one vent was missed and she returned immediately to get it cleaned with no issues. Excellent customer service and attention to detail! Too bad they aren't close enough to do my house! ;) Call them, you won't regret it! Thanks guys!

Our…read moreformer janitorial provider fell short of expectations, and over time, our office became noticeably neglected. After receiving a quote from Evergreen and giving it thoughtful consideration, we decided to move forward with them as our new janitorial service, and I'm so glad we did. Jenny's communication has been a breath of fresh air; she is responsive, professional, and clearly committed to delivering excellent service. Her team's first service exceeded our expectations. They spent additional time in our office and truly went above and beyond to bring it up to their standards. The difference was immediately noticeable. I am very excited about our long-term partnership and would highly recommend Evergreen to any organization seeking reliable, high-quality janitorial services.

All things considered (customer service, performance, price) I would not hesitate to recommend New Vibes.

I also mentioned to her to please call or text me if she couldn't make it. 1:30 rolled around & she didn't show up, so I texted her to see if we were still on for the cleaning. Still no show & didn't respond to my text. So I texted her again around 1:45 & said if I don't hear back from her I was going to assume it will be a no show. And that's what it was, a no show, with no communication. Pretty rude & irresponsible of her, in fact there are a couple of more reviews that gave her a 1 star rating for similar actions on her part.

Unsure about some cleaning practices with a steamer, so we had a major problem with the oven decals being steamed completely off. Tragic and never has this happened ever when hiring someone to clean our home over these last 7 years!. The company made it sort of right by reimbursing me for having to purchase new decals and I did have to put them on myself ugh! Just was very frustrating to have to deal with this issue. With that exception? Both ovens and stovetop was cleaned very professionally.

Initially the first day was a confusion amongst my tenants and she drove there and my tenants weren't home so I asked her if she would like to be compensated for her time and she said no, she would come back next day. I was quoted for her deep cleaning that was 430$ that was supposed to have the baseboards, fan blades, windows and everything deep cleaned, that was not the case. Karla was confused on what time to come and came 45 minutes late. I was quoted on a 4-5 hour job and she was there for 2 & 1/2 hours and still charged me full price, it's like her being late gave her a reason to do a subpar job on my house. It would have been fine if the job was done early and it was clean but my tenants were home and the restrooms were still dirty, the kitchen counter top still had food on it, fan blades still had dust on top of them, and the baseboards weren't even touched. I would not recommend.
