He was incredibly patient every time we asked to try a different pair and was consistently helpful throughout our visit. My daughter asked to try on about 5 different pairs because she was conflicted about the colors and brand she wanted, he helped us and didn't make us feel rushed in any way. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and even as the store became busy, he managed to assist both us and other customers with professionalism and ease. Could be dangerous! The grass is not well kept (at that section), full of dry patches, mud and all kinds of trash. Lots of dog crap around, the people here don't pick up after themselves nor their dogs! Sometimes I let my dog go off leash and throw a ball in a smaller area but I have to keep an eye on him in case he gets distracted by the endless trash. Ugh! Sometimes I see other owners too but they tend to keep to themselves. There are some doggy bags available, but no water available so you'll have to bring your own water bottles for your dog.

Jacob came around to meet us at the door and welcomed us to the store and offered to help us. It was really nice! He listened and answered all my questions, and showed me what to look out for when my son tried on the helmet and pads. He made the visit fun for my son, referring to Minecraft and offering shoulder pads that had "real gold" on it and said it was $1mil. Lol. My son got a kick out of that. Jacob got us squared away with padded pants and a practice jersey. They didn't have my son's correct helmet size and color in stock, so Jacob made sure to take my number down so they can call me when it comes in. Which brings me to the next awesome associate who helped us-- Cooper! Cooper called me and recommended I come down to have him try on the helmet since they just got a shipment in, and it was still a small quantity. Cooper helped Noah get the helmet on, and made sure we had the correct cheek pads. Both young men were very helpful and kind, and my son thought they were the "coolest bros" ever. Thanks!

We didn't have jerseys for our kids until a day before the game, and even then some were missing. Personalized jerseys that were paid for that never came in and were never followed up on with no refund. His wife is just as rude and disrespectful when trying to discuss the issue and likely an even bigger moron. They are con artists who are funneling your $ into their bank account under the table with the former owner who was indicted w criminal charges for the same thing. This league is a JOKE! The refs in these games are completely biased. They call "flag guarding" on every run against teams they dislike. Refs lets our kids get mowed over by kids on other teams hurt and crying off the field and don't throw flags for that. The inconsistency in referring is despicable and if you challenge a refs call, you're guaranteed to lose the game and your season. Garrison has no control or training on these refs and a kid is going to get seriously injured because if they don't like you they don't care what happens. Kids getting shoved from behind with no penalty on the opposing team, kids pulling shorts down with no penalty, kids all but tackling yours to the ground and rolling over them with no one talk from the refs. Despicable. How these people sleep at night robbing some 8 years old is a mystery. Do yourself a favor and find another league worth your while, this one is a waste unless you're on a favored team.

From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front desk was super helpful. Signing the waiver was easy, and we were quickly set up with socks and ready to go. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. Even though there were a few birthday parties happening and it was fairly busy, there was still plenty of space and tons of different rooms for kids to run, jump, and play without feeling overcrowded. They also have arcade style games and a food court, which was a nice bonus. The food was decent and convenient for taking a quick break. Bathrooms were clean as well, which I always appreciate.
