I came in for a smog check. I was very happy to find that they were indeed open on Sunday's! I really try and maximize my weekends so i'm very grateful they were open. This Smog check itself was quick. This is the first time I have had to smog my car so I didn't know what to expect, but boy they weren't joking when they said it was quick service. O STARS - Called on Saturday morning and asked if I needed an appointment. The guy on the phone said no appointment needed and to just come in. I drove over and the garage was empty and I thought to myself great there won't even be a wait. The guy looked at my car and said you need an appointment for a car that old, it takes 35-40 minutes. I called out the fact he had no cars in his garage and he still refused to smog the car. If this is your policy to smog older cars by appointment only, why don't you ask people when they call what year of car they need smogged. I know it's hard, but use your brain a little. read more

Came in for a Smog Check on my 2016 Honda CRV. I was greeted by a pleasant man who introduced himself as Alex. He explained the process and pricing and assured me he'd have me on my way in no time. I brought the car up, handed it over to him and he took great care with its placement as well as with any contact with the vehicle throughout his inspection. The whole process took less than 15 mins and that was including all the paperwork and payment. Alex was engaging, informative and professional and I appreciated that he included me (explained as he went along) what was happening. It was very informative and helpful.
