O STARS - Called on Saturday morning and asked if I needed an appointment. The guy on the phone said no appointment needed and to just come in. I drove over and the garage was empty and I thought to myself great there won't even be a wait. The guy looked at my car and said you need an appointment for a car that old, it takes 35-40 minutes. I called out the fact he had no cars in his garage and he still refused to smog the car. If this is your policy to smog older cars by appointment only, why don't you ask people when they call what year of car they need smogged. I know it's hard, but use your brain a little. read more

Came in for a Smog Check on my 2016 Honda CRV. I was greeted by a pleasant man who introduced himself as Alex. He explained the process and pricing and assured me he'd have me on my way in no time. I brought the car up, handed it over to him and he took great care with its placement as well as with any contact with the vehicle throughout his inspection. The whole process took less than 15 mins and that was including all the paperwork and payment.
