I hired this company to clean base boards, wall scuffs, fans, dusting, floors, etc. (We cleaned the…read morekitchen and tidied up before their arrival making it easier for them to get straight to the details). I specially mentioned that having moved from a 1 bedroom apartment, the house is nearly empty and I was looking to have the deep cleaning that is not done on a daily basis of moldings, window seals, etc. I was assured that was a service that can be provided for a nearly empty (one room just has a desk and bookshelf while another has only a treadmill) 3brd / 2bth (just shy of 1,000 sq ft) for $269 cash. Employees were nice. But nice left my bookshelves, fans, etc. dusty. For example, one book shelf of 5 shelves 3/5 of the shelves were dusted. We contacted the owner who offered to have them return minutes after leaving to clean the ceiling fans, only, but we didn't feel comfortable considering the amount of cleaning that still needed to be done. We sent videos and photos to the owner to show the extent of the job that was left behind - but didn't get a response thereafter. (I'm unable to load videos but we sent videos to the owner of us running our fingers on surfaces around the house). Maybe they were in a rush. Maybe they just had an off day. I'm sure they're nice people. But I would not recommend to a friend or family member.

Had to take her to the doctors as it would not go away for days. Not to mention their mops smell terrible. And having different people show up to clean your home is super sketchy. I was asked to write a 5 star review after the first initial cleaning for an exchange of adding wall cleaning as a "thank you" (which never happened). Hence, why you probably see a lot of 5 star reviews. Again, great customer service on the front end but not a reliable company overall.

We are very dissatisfied with the service overall. We tried to reach out to you several times (over 7 phone calls) and no one ever answered until around 2-3 hours later. The lady that came was didn't bring anything because she had a personal issue and just didn't wanted to lose the job. She didn't do anything when i sent my family member to the house and check who she was she was sitting down talking on the phone she wasn't doing anything. We expect not to be charged for such a bad service, our hopes were high and we were ok with paying an additional fee for last minute service, but she didn't do anything, rooms where not done and bathrooms either the kitchen looked the same and the windows were not clean properly. We had a really bad experience, just can take a look on how everything looked after she left.

My initial discussion on yelp with Lyle was so reassuring meaning he made sure all of my questions on what would be included were answered. We scheduled and they communicated their ETA clearly which was much appreciated. The 3 of them arrived and worked so diligently and safe together to make my home feel so refreshed and pigeon free. Some of my windows were so hazy, I was expecting them to say they are too bad to clean. But to my surprise they managed to make them the cleanest I've ever seen them and I've owned my home for 18yrs. It made me realize that sometimes you really have to put your pride aside and leave it up to the professionals. No doubt that the value of their execution was more than reasonable. If you're on the fence about any of the services they provide I would absolutely back them up and recommend them. Five stars X3!

They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and made sure the layout matched exactly what I wanted. The lights look beautiful and perfectly aligned, and my house has never looked better for the holidays. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. They did not have to do that, and it shows the pride they take in their work and their genuine care for customers. They were friendly, respectful, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. I am extremely happy with their service and highly recommend Nova Window Cleaning for both holiday light installation and window cleaning. I will definitely be using them again.

Do not use this cleaning service this cleaning was for my father home ,we made appointment a week…read moreago we told the rep that we needed a deep cleaning a two bedrooms kitchen a bath room . Appointment was for 2:30pm , she called me at 1:30 said oh can I come earlier I said sure . I received a call back a few mins later oh never mind I will see you at 2:30 I headed over to my dads house and waited until 2:40pm I called her and she said I'm sorry I'm late (she was clearly at home ) she offered up no reason for being late then tells me she in West Covina and that it would take her 45 mins to get here. I was super upset but told her ok , said she would be here by 3:50pm I said ok when 4:00pm came I called her . I was told I'm two miles away , finally she calls and says I'm at your door . I looked around and no one was there I called and and said your not here . She then read off the address which was the wrong address I told her that address was incorrect she said that what you gave me , I then sent her a screen shot of the text message I sent her last week . She ended up showing up at 4:45pm she had a attitude and we told her again what rooms to be cleaned , I had too leave for a bit I came back 45 mins later and they were still cleaning . My dad pulled me to the side and said oh the lady said she was told not to clean the second room , I stood there very upset I went into the kitchen and ask and she replied oh your sister said that we don't need to clean that room . I advised that was not true and I told her about our first conversation about cleaning the two rooms and bathroom plus kitchen . She instantly got mad but said ok , they finally finished they barley mopped they didn't clean the blinds ( she said it wasn't included ) she didn't clean the kitchen cabinets she didn't clean the second room like we ask . She said she was doing another room for us for free cause she was late (this is after I kept asking for a discount ) she didn't clean the other room. Horrible horrible I will never use them again ! Please don't use this service !!!!!!! I didn't want to give them any stars
