They then denied me treatment due to a medical situation that would not have caused the problems they were claiming. I left very upset and consulted my Dr who disputed their claims. I then consulted several other facilities that provide laser tattoo removal who all contradicted what I was told at PB Med spa. I am now under going treatment at another facility with no adverse reactions or complications. I would call their expertise in the services they provide into question. When I got my credit card statement there were TWO charges for $263. I called them and they said they would try to figure out how to do a refund back to my card. I didn't see a credit on my next bill and I called again. They said they had made a refund to my credit card so I thought it would be on my next statement. NOT!! I called again and they sent me a 'receipt' showing that they gave me the refund. Waited for the next statement. NOT on this one either. I called the credit card company and they gave no record of receiving a credit transaction for me from Body Focus! To this day I have not received my refund. When I called Body Focus they said it was my problem to take up with my credit card company!!
