Cannot understand the reasoning behind a doctor telling us to google it. You're a paid medical professional, not me. I wish I wouldn't have spent the $30 copay there and should have gone somewhere else.

I went in with a small outbreak caused from Intertrigo. I've Been battling with this for years. Nicole made me feel very confident when I completed my visit. Was given several prescriptions and great advice about tending to my outbreaks and to follow up in 3 wks. Days later I believe (not sure because its not my profession) I had a bad reaction or someting. A terrible rash, skin was burning, hurt to touch my own body and much more...outside of the area that is normally in a crisis. I called the office to be seen immediatley, but was told that day was not a clinical day, so was given some more treatment advice. I asked for an appointment to be seen, but was never given one. It was so bad my husband and I just decided I needed to go to the hospital or clinic because this could not wait! Anyway, I was seen elsewhere. The PA-C expression when she saw my body confirmed my concerns. I Filled in her on medz and my visit to the dermatoligist. She suggested I go see them ASAP. I told her I tried to do that and thats how I ended up here! She treated me but said please make an appointment with them, and she did bloodwork but also thought I might need an biospy done... this occurring infection could cause sepsis. She took pictures and was sending them to their office. I know this a long dramtic review. I very seldom write a review, especially negative reviews. I rather just tell them in person when I have an issue. But after dealing with the person taking phone calls this morning, I felt the need to write one. I have to agree with other post about the scheduling. Now recall, I was told to return in 3wk, I tried to schedule that twice over a week ago becauese of the crisis my body was in, and now once again. Today I was told almost a month from now that I could be seen! Wow really, after all that has happened and still going on. To top it off she was very discourteous! I thought I was back in the classroom dealing with ill-mannered pre-teens. I just do not agree with how my situation was handled.
