Dr vindhya came In…read morelooked at her, and said "I'll give you a piece of paper with the diagnosis on it and you all can just google it" We asked both her and the receptionist what it was and were told yet again "just google it" Well I don't have a doctorate in dermatology or a degree in anything in the medical field, that's the reason we went there to get a diagnosis and an explanation as to what it is or what it could have been. Cannot understand the reasoning behind a doctor telling us to google it. You're a paid medical professional, not me. I wish I wouldn't have spent the $30 copay there and should have gone somewhere else.

Quality in their products and services is notable the moment you walk in the office. The staff is knowledgeable and patient to suggest the right treatment or procedure your skin needs. Julia and Whitney performed an Acne Sterilization and Black Charcoal Mask treatment on my face. Not only were they gentle but also informative while performing the procedure. Highly recommend visiting these ladies for any skin care procedure. As a man, we tend to be intimidated by visiting a Medical Spa like this but Briarwood has a great atmosphere and positive vibe. The glass of wine I received is definitely a plus.

I was very pleased with the atmsopshere on my 1st visit. Very pleased with the Nurse Assitant and…read moremore so with the PA-C! I loved the fact they openly shared their Chrsitian beliefs. I went in with a small outbreak caused from Intertrigo. I've Been battling with this for years. Nicole made me feel very confident when I completed my visit. Was given several prescriptions and great advice about tending to my outbreaks and to follow up in 3 wks. Days later I believe (not sure because its not my profession) I had a bad reaction or someting. A terrible rash, skin was burning, hurt to touch my own body and much more...outside of the area that is normally in a crisis. I called the office to be seen immediatley, but was told that day was not a clinical day, so was given some more treatment advice. I asked for an appointment to be seen, but was never given one. It was so bad my husband and I just decided I needed to go to the hospital or clinic because this could not wait! Anyway, I was seen elsewhere. The PA-C expression when she saw my body confirmed my concerns. I Filled in her on medz and my visit to the dermatoligist. She suggested I go see them ASAP. I told her I tried to do that and thats how I ended up here! She treated me but said please make an appointment with them, and she did bloodwork but also thought I might need an biospy done... this occurring infection could cause sepsis. She took pictures and was sending them to their office. I know this a long dramtic review. I very seldom write a review, especially negative reviews. I rather just tell them in person when I have an issue. But after dealing with the person taking phone calls this morning, I felt the need to write one. I have to agree with other post about the scheduling. Now recall, I was told to return in 3wk, I tried to schedule that twice over a week ago becauese of the crisis my body was in, and now once again. Today I was told almost a month from now that I could be seen! Wow really, after all that has happened and still going on. To top it off she was very discourteous! I thought I was back in the classroom dealing with ill-mannered pre-teens. I just do not agree with how my situation was handled.

I recently had a consult with Permian Basin Med Spa for laser tattoo removal. Having done my…read moreresearch prior to the appointment, there were a couple of statements made by the technician that didn't ring true. They then denied me treatment due to a medical situation that would not have caused the problems they were claiming. I left very upset and consulted my Dr who disputed their claims. I then consulted several other facilities that provide laser tattoo removal who all contradicted what I was told at PB Med spa. I am now under going treatment at another facility with no adverse reactions or complications. I would call their expertise in the services they provide into question. Do your homework before using their facility.
