She has her suite decorated wonderfully, with soothing ambiance...and it is CLEAN! She takes my temperature before each appointment, and she uses an electronic system to manage her appointments, so I get text reminders. The app doesn't show you how much you have left. The financing company is difficult to reach. I had an initial issue with Lainey talking to me crazy/unprofessional but luckily the regional or district manager was there and extremely kind and resolved the issue. I love Kristen but I just don't know that I'd recommend this company. Perhaps I'd recommend her services, just at a different location.
