Not during lunch or near closing hours either, just their regular hours and nobody was there. I even showed up at different hours both times and nothing. I never leave reviews on anything but this was so frustrating. I work full-time and have a busy schedule, so when I make time to come in for something, I'm specifically carving that time out of my day. It's incredibly frustrating to drive all the way over here expecting a business to be open because their POSTED HOURS SAY THEY ARE, only to find the doors locked with no sign or explanation. I wanted to give this place a chance because a friend of mine recommended their injector so I was really looking forward to treatment but at this point, I'm done. I already wasted my time on two different days trying to come here and I'm definitely not doing it a third time just to show up to another locked door. If your hours say you're open, then BE OPEN. And if you're not going to be open, at least update your hours so people don't waste their time driving over there. I tried twice and that was more than enough for me. I'll be going somewhere else.
