Finally called the morning of the day I had requested service and when Anthony answered it was like he never even looked at our form or my request for service. After fumbling through a conversation and letting him know I would be at home between 12:30-3:30pm for them to come, he told me they'd see me early afternoon. Never heard a word, never showed up, never returned my call again when I called to find out what happened. If you can't make it or get delayed fine, but no call or notification at all...unacceptable. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find companies with good work ethic that genuinely place importance on good customer service.

I paid him upfront and immediately for initial treatments of pool and for 8 weeks of maintenance. Almost immediately his scheduling was off from what was agreed on. This in itself didn't seem to be a big deal. Then I received a call that the pump was bad and not holding pressure. I met Anthony at the property to have a look. The pump was running very hot but Anthony thought it was fine after inspecting it. I was told a valve was leaking air and that a pvc pipe needed replacing. This was estimated at $250.00. The owner had his guy come by to inspect and turns out Anthony ran the pump with the valve in the wrong position. Thus cycling air, not water, and burning the seals in the pump. He replaced the seals for $160.00 and the pool works perfectly. At this point I contacted Anthony to cancel the contract and for a refund on the remaining cleanings. It's been three weeks and the only response I've gotten has been "i'll Look into it". My conclusion is Anthony either burned the pump by accident and tried to cover it up or burned it on purpose to pad his fees. I would highly advise looking elsewhere for your pool maintenance needs.

Got a crack maybe from MFG but won't handle claim( supposed to be lifetime warranty on cracks, pool lights broke in less than three years. Tuff shit, figure it out yourself. Now's nothing about latest technology or as an example a disguised skimmer cover, had to educate them, I wanted thicker coping, had to educate them. Disgusting and I find it incredible there's not hundreds of negitave reviews. I should have spoken up 3 years ago and maybe saved customers from being victimized. I've been holding my tongue but I can't any longer. I can't believe they are still in business. Sloppiest most dishonest company I think I have ever had business with.
