Some workers there do not know what they're doing!! They can't even tell the difference between a lab coat and a scrub jacket. I got screwed because an employee sold me a scrub jacket when I specifically asked for a lab coat. They only have white lab coats there and I asked for colored ones and she shows me colored scrub jackets from the back. I've never been in the medical field before so this is all new to me. But I did think the so-called colored "lab coats" looked a little different but I assumed she knew what she was doing so I bought one. You can only get cash returns if returned in 30 days so of course when my teacher tells me that it isn't a lab coat it's already passed the 30 days. I get screwed because of an incompetent employee. I will not recommend this place to anyone. It would have been nice if they had issued me a one time special cash refund because it was their mistake not mine! Or even just offer me a discount of a future purchase and I would have been happy with that but all they could tell me was sorry! I guess it's obvious they don't know how to make a customer happy. I needed new scrubs that were preferably not to expensive so my colleague sent me here, she told me to check-in on Facebook for $5 and recommended some different styles to try. I walked in the door and was greeted by an employee who looked and sounded like she didn't even want to be there. I literally spent 20 minutes walking around the store and no associate asked me if I was finding everything ok or needed any help. After not finding anything I liked in my size or price range I walked out with no goodbye, no have a great day. It's like the employees didn't exist. I probably could have stole something and they wouldn't have noticed. I may try coming back here in the future but for now I'm satisfied with my cheap scrubs from Walmart. This place is awesome. They have scrub tops, pants, jackets and even medical tools like stethoscopes. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by the two guys that were working there. They made sure to tell me if I had any questions to let them know. I browsed around for a bit and finally decided on a cute pink and black owl scrub top that was priced at $21. When I got to the checkout counter, the guy helping me asked if I had Facebook, I said yes, and he told me all I had to do was share Scrubtastic's latest post and I would save $5 off my purchase, sweet! This store is conveniently located near my house so I check it out every so often. They carry a wide array of items for people in the health professions and it's very hard to leave empty handed. On my quest to find the cutest Hello Kitty scrubs ever, I thought I was disappointed when I came here but before leaving, I mentioned my quest and they were awesome! They pulled out a book of different scrubs that they may not carry normally in store and I found them. The cutest Hello Kitty scrub top EVER (so far)! They ordered it for me at no extra charge and called me when it came in. The customer service here is AWESOME, prices are not bad and they have a great range of medical tools and supplies. So when I went into to get my jacket for work it was alright the two employees were friendly enough. Although me personally I like to be greeted them given time to look for myself! That wasn't really the case at all. I found what I was looking for and they didn't have the color I needed so they have to order it telling me it would take 7-10 business days and since it was a Saturday it wouldn't ship until Monday. Monday came and went I waited and waited on the 7th business day I called and my jacket wasn't in on the 10th I called and I was told that the jacket had just been sent out...... They said if I needed to I could come in and get store credit HELLLO I can't do that its for work I need a certain color! It's now been 15 days and I'm still waiting for my jacket. I have been going to this place for the past two years. When I bought my first pair of scrubs, the staff was really pleasant and has been pleasant since then. However, it has been a few months since my last purchase and this time the customer service experience was awful. Yes they have a nice selection of items; however, I expect the staff to be more helpful and friendly. Neither employee were attentive, friendly, or helpful. Nor did they even smile. I went throughout the whole store including the sales and not once did I see an employee ask if anyone needed help. And believe me, its not necessarily easy to navigate through the store either. As much as I'd like to give one star due to the negative customer experience, I give two stars because I generally like their products and hope for more improvements regarding their customer service. read more

I used to love coming to this scrub store and I've been here multiple times. My experience today was enough to put a bad taste in my mouth and I will never come back. I shopped today for almost an hour and there were 2 employees in the store. There were about 6 other people in the store. I found what I wanted to purchase and when I went to pay, there was no one to be found. There were customers in the store, but no one working. I waited for close to 10 minutes and still, no one. Placed an order and I was told it's just going to take a week, WRONG, I have to call them to check my order after a week and was told by a guy that it takes 10 days for an order to come in. That's OK, just don't give false info. After 2 weeks, no call, so I went to the store to check my order personally, and of course it was in. I called the store to see if I can exchange them for the same pair or pay the difference Ian answered the phone and was very rude didn't want to exchange the pants at all told me there was nothing he could do to call the online number even know I just received the pants had the packaging and all the tags/reciepts. Been here a few times over the years to buy scrubs. Never really had an issue until last week. They have a great selection of scrubs, especially for women. Usually their customer service is good. They have mailed me an appreciation gift card of $10 twice just for shopping there. I have been offered bottled water a few times while I shop. My issue prompting a review was my experience ordering a pair of pants. I found a pair of scrubs that I liked and decided to purcahse two pairs in two different colors. For one pair, they did not have the pants in my size, which needed to be ordered. I paid for all 4 pieces that day. Next week I get a call that the pants are in...great. But when I came in to pick them up, they had ordered the wrong pants! Mistakes happen, so not a big deal. The frustration started when they were trying to reorder the correct pair and wanted to charge me a different price, stating that the last cashier either ordered the wrong pair or the item he scanned was tagged wrong. But how? Because I did buy another pair of pants, and the matching shirt so he should have known what I wanted? The reciept also shows the correct item number. She stated that perhaps all 3 items I bought last week may have been tagged wrong. Even though the difference was just $1, how is their mistake my issue and they are asking me to pay more? The sale has been completed in my opinion. Their mistake, their loss. If they hadnt ordered the wrong pants, we wouldnt even have had this conversation. What's more is when I asked if they could waive the $1 for inconvenience of having to come back to pick up the right pair, she stated, "well you're going to have to bring the other items back so we can reprice them anyway.".....no way! Needless to say, I paid the extra and returned to pick up the pants since I really liked the pair, but this really left a sour taste for me. Been there few times , very hard to find the right sizes for the scrubs You like if you are slim. The guy at the Cashir giving hard time when you want to exchange sizes every time it didn't fit. This is a jam packed little scrub store in the south west part of town. I feel like they have a pretty good selection, tons of brands as well as different fits, styles and colors. I will say they typically only have 1 or pieces per size so it can be quite frustrating when you need a particular color for work. The also have a good selection of sale items, but they usually end up being seasonal colors and not staples like most uniforms require... Help can be so so, Ive have great experiences as well as walked out a few times as well. Scrubtastic also has a decent selection of shoes, compression socks and tools like stethoscopes and pen lights. As many other reviewers have said there is a lot crammed in this store, which as annoying as it can be to try to shop the inventory its nice given how many different uniform requirements there are from job to job, and it is amazing to actually have something to try on vs blind buying online. I asked them if they had any more left, the lady said "if you don't see it there, then we don't have it". I find it very rude. But still got a pair of scrubs since I needed it badly.
