The former sneaker I purchased had a much thicker sole, more comfortable and now it appears to have been manufactured with less quality. I was told the design had changed but in fact the quality of the sneaker is less than its superior product from 2 years ago. I am disappointed and with not purchase again. You are paying more for less value. The sneaker hurts my left foot and that never happened with my older sneaker. The design change has definitely effective its overall product. The material for this sneaker has been downgraded most likely for more profit and less value to the consumer.

Men's shoes here include sneakers, comfy, work shoes and boots. No holes in the stock, the shelves were completely full. Store was tidy and no trash or boxes on the floor. Promotional materials were out of the way. Prices were clearly displayed and the stuff I looked at seemed to be decently priced. I liked that they had two separate areas for "husbands" to sit and watch television. Comfy chairs.

I go to this store specifically because my son wears a size 15 shoe, which is extremely hard to find in most stores. The larger sizes are marked with bigger tags and the size, which is a nice touch so we don't have to open every box and search for shoes that fit him. We have never left the store empty handed! If we find his size shoe in other stores they normally have 1-2 pairs of shoes, if we are lucky! Shoe Dept/Shoe Show usually has 15(+) choices for my son to look at and try on. Due to a medical issue he must try them on in person, we cannot buy them online. It's nice to find a store such as Shoe Dept/Shoe Show that actually gives my son options!

I have purchased about four…read morepairs of shoes from Fleet Feet over the year and I love the technology that analyzes your feet while standing and walking. I have found that it always leads me in a good direction. They've also gotten me hooked me on other products over the years, like Balega socks and Currex insoles. I now wear both of these to work daily. This was the first time I'd visited this Providence Road store, and I was not disappointed. The staff was terrific, and I was personally helped by Natalie, who was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the product, and her suggestions were spot on. I ultimately ended up buying two pairs of shoes (New Balance 880s and Brooks Ghost Max for work and walking and a pair of sunglasses for when I walk. The only unfortunate thing was that I walked out with just the sunglasses and had to order the shoes via their website to get a color I liked. This is the only drawbacks that I have found shopping with them--either I have to settle on color or order the color that I really want. Overall, a very small grievance in the grand scheme of the larger experience. I hope that the stores will stock more colors in the future. One thing I love about Fleet Feet is their rewards program. Anybody who buys good running shoes knows they are not cheap, even if they are worth it. The good thing about Fleet Feet is that they give you rewards certificates for future purchases. So even though I spent a pretty decent amount today, I got about 10% of that back in store reward certificates for future purchases. This is always a great company to shop regardless of location. Highly recommend them.

I purchased a pair of Jordans that would fit well with my workout routine but when I got them home and wore them at the gym, the fit wasn't good so I took them back. Demetria, the sales associate was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process and made the return easy and hassle free. She made some recommendations on other shoes but I decided to just return them and get some shoes for my daughter. The shoe selection was decent for the store size and foot traffic but not as many choices as some other shoes stores. Again, Footaction really stepped up in this situation and took care of me. I would highly recommend them if you're in the area.
