I also signed up for the automatic text reminding me to have my vehicle serviced and to confirm my service appointments. Every time I bring my vehicle to be serviced in at this location, a service advisor comes out promptly to greet me and get the process started. I've been in different locations where I would be ignored completely while sitting directly in front of a service advisor. Their waiting area has complimentary coffee, internet, and comfy chairs with a tv. Usually they get my oil change done in about an hour, which is really good in comparison to different locations that are similar or smaller in size. The staff overall is focused lol! Today I am getting my vehicle inspected, oil changed, and a complimentary car wash. Please be mindful that when you come here for a state inspection, the vehicle must be registered in Hunt County.

After watching them use the wrong tools, they informed me they couldn't change my fuel filter because they were missing an o-ring. They couldn't get one from O'Reilly down the street. Then they had the wrong oil filter and told me they had to go to O'Reilly to pick one up. They told me they couldn't pick up the fuel filter at the same time because they weren't allowed to buy after market parts and they do t have an account so they had to take money out of the till. They finally got the oil change done however I was extremely disappointed in the professionalism and the quality of work. I would not take my truck back or recommend anyone else take theirs there.

She recommended a couple of places for me to go to in order to get transmission fluid, since they don't carry the one my car needs. They still did an oil change on my car, but it was free of charge. I am very pleased with this, especially since it was a Friday during lunch hour. The mechanic went as far as to recommended I get my air filter changed, and I would not have realized this otherwise. The only complaint I have is that they left oily finger prints on the hood of my car. My car is old and it is not a big deal to me, but someone with a fancy vehicle may take offense if it happened to them.

That promise played a role in my decision to move forward with the sale, which I would not have purchased without the agreement. Since purchasing the car, have had to repeatedly follow up regarding the repair, and each time I'm told someone will "call me back," yet no resolution or appointment has been provided. It has been weeks now. l've reached out to Nick several times with no response, and makes the lack of follow-through even more frustrating. I was also promised a callback from the general manager and service on multiple occasions, who has not responded to date. I understand delays can happen, but consistent poor communication and unfulfilled promises after a sale are unacceptable. I simply expected the dealership to honor what was agreed upon. I'm very grateful that I got the windshield replacement agreement in writing and will pursue other ways for resolving the issue.
