Professional and friendly. Very quick turnaround-from obtaining proofs, making edits, and to obtaining final product.

The gift included a dessert of choice from the B&N cafe and the another was a free kids craft from Paper Source. I was at B&N and asked the lady at the register where I can find this place and how I can get her gift. She said it was at located at Fig Garden Village. Later, I took a trip with my daughter to this place. Saw so many beautiful wrappings, stationary items and countless cards. I browsed around the store and also found some really nice gift-able items. I ended up buying a hermonica for my daughter and had mentioned the free gift during check out. The lady who helped was kind and put together the crafts it was basically sheets of paper that can be colored. There was a variety and said that they had crayons if we wanted to stay and color it. Just decided to take it homes and she added a few stickers for her and my daughter loves stickers so she was excited. Most of the items here are priced high but It's nice to know that as a B&N premium member you get 10% off almost everything in Paper Source stores.

Small, locally owned, outstanding service, beautiful merchandise that cannot be found elsewhere (except they do have another store out near River Park). I was on the hunt for a new bag i can use for my storytelling gig with first graders. Lots of pockets. Flexible spaces. Large enough for book and puppets. Room for a water bottle and even scissors. Oh, and it must be attractive since I wear a uniform and need to add a bit of color with the bag and my shoes. The clerk was very congenial and showed me a variety of bags and even when I thought I had found just the right one, went on to find the real right one. A Vera Bradley that met all my requirements. This is the kind of customer service that makes me happy. The store, though small, is quite compact and all the items are beautifully displayed. Luggage, bags of all sizes, travel accoutrements, greeting cards, various stationery supplies. Sort of a jewel box for the senses.

I want to…read moreaddress my comments to everyone, but especially guys who don't really like shopping for gifts, maybe aren't really good at it, but who find themselves having to find a special gift for a woman or girl. This place will take care of you!! My story: I needed to get a birthday gift for a grandmother, and realized I was clueless. Yelp led me to Top Drawer late on a Saturday afternoon. Walked up, and the store had just closed. Owner Jane was about to drive away, but saw me and asked if she could help. She opened the store back up for me and asked what I was looking for (Wow, 3 stars for that alone!!!). I told her I really had no idea, just a gift for an 80 year old lady. Jane had some great ideas, and I was done in 10 minutes, now a happy boy! So, yeah, you could wander aimlessly around Target or Wal-Mart, and buy something that everyone already has or has seen but would end up being classed as "well, after all, it's the thought that counts" - in other words: fail. Instead, my advice would be to put yourself in Jane's hands, trust her advice, and walk out with a wrapped gift your recipient will really appreciate as unique and charming. Dudes, I suck at shopping but I feel like I performed at shopping genius level today thanks to Jane's help. Fast, high quality and good value. Easy 5 stars!

The gift wrap is my favorite part, nothing compares to being the one with the present that is so beautifully wrapped you don't even want to open it! Gina and Stephanie are always helpful in picking out something when I don't even know what I'm looking for. And the best part is you can call ahead, ask for a gift idea based on occasion and price range, and they'll take care of the rest! There's so many beautiful things to look at for every part of the home, as well as high end perfumes, candles, clothing, and baby stuff of course. You'll be seeing more of me :)

The special touches they helped me create for our wedding were so memorable. I can't wait to work with Gina on future projects, I wouldn't get paper accessories anywhere else! Also, their store is really, really beautiful. My mom and I shopped pretty much everytime we went in to look at proofs or pick up wedding accessories, ha! Can't say enough good things about RSVP -- love, love, love!

I even enjoy the baking aisle because I do get in my baking moods! I'll buy pretty sprinkles and cupcake liners and cake accessories here. Even though this place gets super busy, I always find a parking spot quickly and it's very easy to navigate the aisles, it does not feel claustrophobic or too narrow. Lots of floor staff so if any questions arise, you're taken care of. They have amazing sales as well especially in between transitioning seasons. It's a very relaxing environment with soft music playing. They have a fabric area which is pretty vast and they have a lot of items here your crafts and project needs. It's always a treat to come here. But beware, you might fill up your cart with things that you don't necessarily need so, yes will power is of the essence here!

This conversation topic was extremely discourteous from both these people however very unprofessional from the employee. After about 10-15 min in line, I expressed concerns to the employee about about long wait time ( I made no comments about their inappropriate conversation). The customer decided to insert herself into the conversation. She said " this is why I don't like you people" ( I am Asian). Though I was at the store at opening at 9 am, this customer decided to try and give me the profound advice of getting to the store earlier. She stated "You should have come shopping earlier to avoid lines instead of being a B word." I don't expect a minimum wage employee to be inclined to deal with this but she could have called a manager or just offered to call for assistance. I did not feel comfortable being harassed by a repulsive, angry woman so I left. Fabric cutters were Terri Linn and Andr-a per Hobby Lobby manager. Customer service supervisor believes Terri Linn is the employee I had the most interaction with. Manager Linda states she can speak with employee but do nothing about the customer. I understand a manager only can say so much but to do NOTHING is ridiculous. If I went into Target and started harassing other customers and stating racist comments on top of calling other customers the B word, I am pretty sure someone would speak to me about it or tell me to leave if I do not calm down. Per Hobby Lobby website: "Honoring the Lord in all we do by operating the company in a manner consistent with Biblical principles. Serving our employees and their families by establishing a work environment and company policies that build character, strengthen individuals, and nurture families." Hobby Lobby on Blackstone certainly does not adhere to these values. Some of the employees really need more education on basic culture studies. It's not hard, do your job, be professional and for the customer, mind your own business. She seemed to have a lot of struggles physically and mentally so pick a struggle and work on it.
