Like $50k just to set a single wide 8x48 mobile home. Mr. Mead quoted us for a fraction of that! Charlotte County threw many obstacles our way making it difficult to obtain a permit. Not only did he keep me informed about the obstacles but he fought very hard for us to get an approved permit.
