Then when I went in for my 1st visit, I met Dr. Armstrong who was equally as friendly as Ashley. He took alot of time listening to my concerns and validated what I had going on. He never made me feel rushed and also explained everything in "plain English" so I could understand. I have had 2 visits so far, and will continue to see him until my issue is resolved . Even though I explained I did not expect to use my insurance and would be paying cash, the receptionist proceeded to explain they could not accept acute Medicare patients due to liability. Which I explained my problem was chronic, not acute. Isn't every patient that goes to a Chiropractor acute? and if you are paying cash, whose going to find out? It's okay if you don't want to treat old people, just post it on your website and save us a lot of time and don't dance around it. I can't speak for their care as I never made it that far. They could be quite good, they just don't treat people on "Medicare". The receptionist was polite and friendly.

Dr. Scott and Dr. Todd are not only excellent at what they do, but they also have the best sense of humor.
