From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Ryan was professional, punctual, flexible, and extremely easy to work with throughout the entire project. As a homeowner who understands a bit about masonry work and what separates an average job from a truly excellent one, I was especially impressed by his craftsmanship and attention to detail. The finished steps look fantastic--solid, precise, and beautifully proportioned--and they dramatically improved both the appearance and durability of our entryways. One thing that really stood out was how efficiently RB Masonry completed the work. The project moved quickly and smoothly and was finished well ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. That's rare and very much appreciated. Ryan is also a terrific communicator. He kept me informed at every stage, explained options clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations that improved the overall design. His creativity and deep understanding of masonry really show in the final result--the bluestone and brick combination looks sharp, balanced, and perfectly suited to the house. Just as important, the pricing was fair and reasonable for the quality of workmanship delivered. It's clear Ryan takes pride in doing things the right way, not the rushed way. If you're looking for a skilled, reliable mason in the Ocean City area, I highly recommend RB Masonry. Ryan's expertise, professionalism, and craftsmanship made this an easy and positive experience from beginning to end. I would use RB Masonry again in an instant.
