There is not many times you can leave 5 stars, these folks deserve it…read more I called a week ago for a ding repair in my motor home windshield. Tabatha quoted me a price then told me it would be a few days. It was very overcast and humid. She explained that to do the job properly it needed to be over 70* and dry as possible. 8 days later the conditions were ideal and they came out to repair. I'm sorry I didn't get the tech's name, he was great and explained the process and why they wanted to wait. How often do you have a company insist on doing the right procedures, and not just do a job. Especially on a vehicle and customer from out of town. I knew these folks were alright when I saw they closed for lunch. Keep in mind I've heard pricing on replacement windshields on these being 4,000-6,000$$$$.

I was told when the door came in it could be matched and I could get it the same day , so I dropped the old door off about 9:15 in the morning so they would have it. That's when I was told, they'd have it for me tomorrow! And I replied that's not what I was told, I was told I would have it the same day. Well, they managed to have it finished at 4:45 PM, (they close at 5pm). I took it back to the jobsite and the top hinge did not match by about 3/32". We corrected that mistake, but it was about 45minutes extra work. When I went to get the alarm sensor off the old door in the morning, (I had forgotten it), I asked her if they would cut the top of old door off about six inches, so I could retrieve the alarm sensor? She said they could get to it next week! I said I'd come down and cut it off myself so none of her employees would be put out. When I got there she DID have it cut off already for me. I told her and showed her a pic where the hinge inlay didn't align. I asked if they would allow a partial credit of the $75? She said, No. She'd have to ask the owner but he isn't there and he'd probably say NO, too. I just said, Thanks and left. I was not pleased with customer service after dropping old door off. Attitudes changed. I will probably take future business elsewhere!
