Let me start by saying I didn't choose this location, Progressive chose them for me. Amanda is very rude and seems unhappy in her position. Cathy identified herself as the manager, she wasn't any more professional than Amanda. My daughter had locked her keys in the car at school and I wanted the office to give the driver a heads up that he was going to a high school and that he'd have to go to the office, have the campus security call my daughter down and then be escorted to the student parking lot where she'd parked. Hind sight, the office doesn't care how difficult the scenario is for their driver.......they said he'd call when he got there if he needed to. OK.......well he'll need to because these days students can't even get to their vehicles during the school day, let alone anyone else! I was trying to help the guy/girl out because the number he/she would've called was given to them by progressive.......and YEP, you guessed it, MY number. I'm not with the car, I'm three hours away. So much for trying to save the driver frustration and boredom. Bottom line........next time tell progressive to send anyone BUT this pop a lock location! Oh yeah and because I'm so grown up, I've reached out to the corporate headquarters of pop a lock to make sure "Mr. Keys" (if that's really his name Cathy) is made aware of my horrible experience this morning. I promise you someone cares about the customer service of that company.......even though Amanda and Cathy didn't seem to think so. Cathy also told me they were open 24 hours......NOT! I verified that with 800-pop-a-lock.........they're on call 24 hours. There is a difference! read more
