The location to Old Town was perfect. I hosted a small Christmas Eve gathering and everything I needed was in the kitchen, ample dishes, glasses, pot and pans. They even leave salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, etc. which is a nice perk. Although I'm familiar with the area, there also is a "guide" book in each home as well as welcome snacks. Pool and hot tub were heated even though the weather didn't cooperate this trip. The owners and their office staff are a pleasure to work with and answer any questions you have (even on a holiday week). I love this rental company and will continue renting from them on my trips to Scottsdale. Zero hesitation recommending unless you are going when I'm there!

Other than the…read more"Cave house" in Grenada, the "On The Rocks" house in Phoenix is the coolest house we have ever seen, much less rented. The house is also immaculately maintained. The quality of the finishes and the upkeep are second to none. Holiday Rentals, the Management company is the most professional, most organized and efficient management company we have ever experienced. The house was spotlessly clean and extremely well stocked. We could have lived there for 2 months and never run out of supplies. We also had 10 people and there were enough towels for several weeks, without doing laundry. Our direct contact was Kyle and he was amazing. He spent the good part of the first afternoon showing us the property and how everything functioned. He also called several times just to check-in and make certain we didn't need anything. He was also extremely responsive. Anytime we called to ask a question he was Jonny on the spot. One time I got his voicemail and I did not leave a message, but within minutes he recognized my number and he called me back. I would absolutely seek out Holiday Rentals and I look forward to visiting the "On The Rocks" house again.

We had 10 people. 1 was pregnant, and 4 more of us were not drinking. She tried to charge $1,000 for a noise complaint that was never made. Which she says that her neighbor took "multiple videos and photos" of our "house party" of girls in the pool with bikinis on! She never sent the actual video that we can listen to. Just a screenshot. But that pretty creepy of the neighbor to take videos of girls in the pool. So maybe don't use the pool if you stay at her house in phoenix. . Besides that, going back to the house being 86 DEGREES and her not caring or being apologetic at all. It was finally fixed 6:30 pm on Saturday, but it probably took until 8pm to cool from 86 degrees to 73. Not once were we rude to her. We could've been under these circumstances. Sorry your ego is fragile and you're unable to take constructive criticism. A woman of your age, I would expect a bit more professionalism and maturity. House is cute tho! Good job decorating! PS. We don't need your money. Your house with no ac just wasn't worth it. But thanks for the feedback. A budget in or hostel would've probably had better service and AC. This isn't "retaliation" for money. Just standing up for my friends and letting everyone know you're a pathological liar when we have every screen shot and video proof of everything.

Every room had TVs and big beautiful couches. The kitchen was loaded with everything you would need, including coffee. My wife and I loved staying here. We brought our pups and spent most of the time swimming in the huge pool and enjoying the beautiful back yard. They had a putting green, corn hole and plenty of shaded lounge chairs. There really is not one thing I did not fall in love with at this house. Close to everything including great restaurants. Please, if you're going to scottsdale for business or play check the Turquoise house out. My wife and I would never stay anywhere else. Thank you guys for a wonderful place to visit and bring your pups with you.

We got to the point that we could not believe anything they told us, and are now convinced they just want your money. This attitude flowed from the highest level of their management all the way down. They repeatedly neglected basic maintenance and failed to perform services they promised to deliver. There was a high degree of turnover in the staff, probably a reflection of poor internal management. Their ability to market a property properly using technology is wildly oversold, ineffective, and primative. They made us look bad as owners, and made many renters unhappy by not attending to guest and owner needs. They made everyone's lives more difficult, not less -- don't let them do the same to you. They do NOT deserve your business!

We were on a combination anniversary and Morgan Wallen concert trip. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. As it was an anniversary trip, they were quick to acknowledge including an in room bottle of champagne, truffles and hand written note. We received our Bonvoy room upgrade to a beautiful suite with separate dining, living and bed rooms. Each well-appointed and current. The suite was a 1.5 bath that was a nice touch. Finally, a balcony had good seating area and views. Fair warning, they are building some free-standing casitas that will one day be part of the hotel. They look like residences and will be real nice when available. Anyway, some have complained about noise but we didn't notice. You just have to look past / over them for the real view. Didn't bother us. The free breakfast in the lobby is a must. Lots of options and everything we tried was great. The views from the patio are remarkable. The Canyon Suites also have their own private pool that is relaxing with great views, cabanas for rent and good food and beverage service. The cabanas were nice, accommodate up to six, have a mini fridge, tv and full bathroom with shower- fancy! My only complaint, which doesn't change my rating is there is a bar in the evening for just a few hours (til sunset?). No worries, head down the hill via walk (5 min), golf cart or car service to the main hotel for those activities. We will be back and wish we never left.

The man gave some advice on things we could include in our home and I thought it was a positive exchange. I asked for some info via text that morning and it took him until 6pm that night to get back to me. When I called he never answered. Later the next week I asked if he was available on a Sunday to meet back at the house to speak with my husband. Texted at noon, hadn't heard from him by 9pm that night, so I texted again and tried to call with no response. Next morning he texted back "Hi not available Sunday" but there were no suggestions for other times. So I called the company and told the receptionist what I needed and she said she would have someone get back to me. Two days later and nothing so I called again, left the same info with a male receptionist and he promised to get someone to call me back. Never heard from anyone. If they can't even return a phone call, I don't have confidence they can manage my VRBO. And if this isn't enough to make you stay away from this company, our friends who have signed on with vacayaz have now told us when the power went out in their home, the renters called them directly because the management company wasn't responding. Stay away.
